This place has been open for like two years near my home so thought I'd finally give it a try. I got a salmon cake sandwich and Mac and cheese and my husband got a brisket sandwich, collards, and a sweet tea. The brisket sandwich and collards were alright but not good enough to finish. Salmon cake sandwich was a little dry but I threw some tartar sauce on when I got home. Mac and cheese tasted too strongly like smoke seasoning, could be fixed with a little bbq sauce added in I guess, but it wasn't my thing. Sweet tea was old and had that spoiled sweet tea taste. We were excited to try but won't be back.

My sweet potatoe fries wasn't cooked all the way. The season they put on my chicken was bland so bland I called up there to make sure it was up there. I ordered honey garlic. It tasted like burnt chicken thats all glad I asked for ranch

The owner was very nice and helpful. We had a few dietary adds that she assured us would not be a problem. The brisket was great! Very juicy and a good portion of meat! They offer a good variety of foods. There is something for everyone. Will visit again!

Ordered my food through DoorDash. The tater tots were good. The pulled chicken sandwich was okay. The flavor was there but I could also taste the grill that it was (possibly) cooked on/in. The yams were good, but I added some more nutmeg, cinnamon, and brown sugar because I like my yams sweet (personal preference). My husband said the collard greens were okay. He said they tasted like they had vinegar in them and he wasn’t a huge fan of that. He loved the turkey leg. My only concern is I feel it may have been a somewhat undercooked compared to the other pictures I see from reviews of the turkey leg. I would possibly try this place again, but definitely all different items.

I recently ordered delivery from Tucker's Southern Eats and Sweets in Hampton, Virginia for lunch, and I was thoroughly impressed. While this review is based on one dish—the chicken and waffles—it speaks volumes about their quality and attention to detail. The delivery time from Tucker's to my location was around 10-15 minutes, and remarkably, the food arrived piping hot. I'm still unsure how they managed it, but it was a pleasant surprise!
The chicken was seasoned to perfection—crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. As for the waffles, while they were simple, they were delightfully fluffy and still warm. This combination made for a satisfying and comforting meal.
I would absolutely order from Tucker's Southern Eats and Sweets again, hoping the food continues to arrive hot and fresh. If you're craving Southern classics, their chicken and waffles are definitely worth a try!

The BBQ sandwich was amazing. Atmosphere was cool. Places to sit outside. You can color w chalk on the ground, fire pit, lots of benches, corn hole boards and hoola hooping, and FUNNEL CAKE!!!! YAY

Only had the brisket sandwich at $6+ with tax. The flavor was fine, but the brisket was sliced thin, and there was some shredded brisket mixed in with that.
Contrast to Malbon Bros, which serves a $10+ sandwich with cubes of brisket. You can feel the texture in that sandwich.
Still, the price point is compelling.

First off I want to say Thank you to Cristina she was very nice and warming went out her way at to tell me about the menu her recommendations and etc I loved that the I ordered hot wings ,turkey leg , and a fish sandwich because it was my first time so far everything is great my turkey leg was tender and juicy the hot wings are sauced up the way I like I haven’t gotten into the sandwich yet but everything else is 10 outta 10 and again thank you to Cristina for your kindness
