The food is good . But they run out of options often and today I waited hour and a half for a small order. There is a small staff which is not a problem but when you have large orders they should let other customers know theirs a wait. Instead of taking customers money and making them wait 1.5 hours with out and updates.

I've been here so many times. It seems like the service is going downhill. You'll know who I'm talking about she has glasses on and she is very rude! Clearly she doesn't want a returning customer!! I can spend my money somewhere else!

Had the brisket sandwich, and it was cold and Dry went back on Sunday for the ribs looks like the kid behind the counter was in a bad mood and I waited 20 min for the food with no one else in line

Good food that's made fresh. FYI if you come for lunch because everything is made fresh you will have a little bit of a longer wait then fast-food places. This is definitely a great local spot.

The vibes were cute since the weather was nice… but the food is trash. No seasoning no soul in the “southern comfort” tie they have. Why does my greens not have seasoning and no Turkey/ juice? No vinegar?! Also they were changing the oil but were able to make a salmon cake? The food was just expected to be better.

Stopped by on a whim today and was very satisfied. Brisket sandwich with mac n cheese and a side of hush puppies. Everything tasted great and the customer service was great. I also enjoyed the music and outdoor area, it will be even better when its warmer out. I will be bringing my family back

Stopped by today for a quick lunch and went with the weekly special. Baked wings, collards and Cole slaw and I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. If you happen to be in the downtown Hampton area check them out!

The worst “BBQ” I’ve ever come across. Bad service, and worse food. I got a brisket sandwich and Mac and cheese .. the brisket was disgusting and they didn’t even toast the bun for the sandwich, literally took a bun straight out of the bag and sold me the sandwich like that. And the mac and cheese was basically greasy mush, like , the macaroni was over cooked and all the noodles fell apart before I ever opened it. The worst $10 I’ve ever spent . Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and if it was an option to give them a zero star review, then I would have.
I came here for a catering order, for a funeral. I called 3 or 4 places before Tuckers...and no one could accommodate my order as it was short notice..and the order was for 150 people. Tuckers not only catered the funeral...but opened early to make sure my order was ready! And I got a cool cool beverage while I waited! That Southern Punch is the BUSINESS!!! I can't wait to go back in the summer for corn hole!!!
