Vito's Pizza & Italian Restaurant

I love This pizza place Yesterday I walked in and was speaking to one gentleman, and he walked away and had another gentleman come and take my order. I ordered A Philly cheesesteak combo when I got home cheese was not melted. It was hardly no onions in it. Bread was a little burnt. I don’t know if they’re under new management or not and if they are, they need to talk to the people that had this establishment before them to get some pointers because this is a Disappointment. I will never come back in order from them ever again.

This is the first time I have had crappy food from Vito’s. First they cancelled my DoorDash order for work then I called and placed it and picked it up. It’s very undercooked.

Have eaten here numerous times in the past, but today was different.

When we got home with the $35 extra large pizza, one pizza, I noticed it smelled a little weird. Like chemicals. And the dough tasted chemical as well, which makes me feel concerned that whatever they used to sanitize the counter was not correct. I could not get past the taste; didn’t want to get sick.

As someone who has worked retail and has a food safety certificate, it seems like something went wrong here. Not sure exactly what, but I’m not going to risk it, going forward.

I'm neutral on this one, leaning towards not returning. Service was okay. The restaurant inside was semi clean - floors a bit dirty, tables and chairs clean. Soda machine was sticky and nasty so I got a little bit of drink no ice - if the soda machine appears grimey as this was, you have to avoid the ice because a lot of places seldom clean these machines. I ordered a chicken philly combo. Surprised the price came to almost $18 for a regular sub with fries. The fries were cooked decent - they looked great but tasted freezer burned. Sandwich was decent but not a lot of flavor at all. I'm most likely not repeating. If the combo was closer to $10 out the door I would reconsider. I would venture to say this definitely isn't the "Vito" family who opened this place in 1958. All in all, the place isn't necessary an "avoid at all costs" but I could have just got a burrito combo at moes for less than $10 and felt a little more confident I was going to finish my food satisfied and hopefully without gastric distress later :/

BRAVO!!!! This pizza was Awesome! The taste, flavor, customer service (on phone and in person). It was not a long wait when I went to pick up. The pizza reminded me of New York pizza. Thy do tend to get busy so I say order by phone and they do delivery. Go check them out and you won’t be disappointed ?

I ordered a 20" pizza and they pie cut it lmfao massive slices. It wasn't any better than a fast food pizza, but it costs more. It reminded me of Pizza Man Dan's over in LA. Maybe I'll dine in some time and try the Italian food and have a different opinion.

I've been eating at Vitos for the last 40 years. I've never had a bad experience. This place is like home to me. The pizza is still the best. Order the extra large pepperoni pizza. It is the closest thing to New York style. It makes me miss my birthplace.

I am a business myself so I know a good business when i see one. Yesterday 7-13-2024 close to 8;30pm I called an order in and 20 minutes later we picked it up. We ordered a large pizza half pepperoni and half beef. picked it up and got home, When i say it absolutely delicious!!!!! Everything about it fresh and authentic. hands down better than pizza hut sals and these other pizza places. great job to everyone there and keep up the good work. I ordered a pizza and two salads.They pizza was kinda burnt around the edges and the cook was rude.Normally the service is good but not today.I think imma find somewhere else to spend my money.
