Did an online order at like 10am. Received an email saying it should be ready at 10:17am. I waited until about 10:25am to walk in. I go to the register to check on my order and the girl says they are waiting on something. I go back up after about 10mins and she says its still not ready. Its now 10:53am damn near an hour after I initially placed the order and nothing. After this experience I wont be back. Ive also watched others come in an place a order and left and I still havent got my food.

I've eaten at Waffle house literally hundreds of times. I'm not leaving them a 5 star review because it's a five-star establishment, I'm leaving it because it was a 5 star Waffle House. The chef could not have hit my crispy hash browns any more perfectly and the vibe was chill.
