FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING HERE ... Didn't receive the warm welcome everyone else received, maybe it's cause I wasn't dining in .. bUT maybe that entailed why all the other things happened too .. I wanted to sit at the bar while my food was being made was told to sit in the silver chairs which were freezing cold and uncomfortable, so after a good 10 min.s after seeing no one was sitting at the bar I moved back to my seating .. was instructed that the seats were for dine in only mind you NO ONE was coming in or sitting at the bar so I didn't see what the issue was .. was told I could stand up if the seats were too cold .. only to make matters worst, on my order I asked for was cheese on my hashbrowns .. you think I received that .. I was so close to walking back in to address that but the nasty eye exchange me and the to go waitress had on the way out made me NEVER want to come here again cause why are you mean mugging me so hard I can feel it as I walked out the door ??? JUST leaving this review so I NEVER come back here again !

Last time I went to Waffle House was in 2017. It was in Macon, Georgia. I wanted the hash browns with chili, etc. The server said the chili went bad, and she simply didn’t want to serve bad chili. Good decision on her part, but why is the chili allowed to spoil. I could tell that the server was embarrassed. Sounds like a management problem.

The service was nice & the waffles were too. The server was a sweet young lady named Kyla who was new to waiting tables but so charming everyone was patient with her as she learned the ropes. Unfortunately, the line cook who was working the shift when we were there (after 2 on 2/11/25) was an ill tempered sour puss who shouldn't be cooking on an open kitchen near the customers. She quarled over the fact that I wanted my scrambled eggs cooked softly because she didn't know what it meant, then was rude to me and her coworker. The eggs were overcooked. The grits were concrete. The hash browns were as soft as mash & the bacon was floppy. The chicken sausage was nice but that probably comes precooked. At least the waffles were perfect...but I believe it's customary for the servers to prepare those in a Waffle House. We didn't bother to voice our dissatisfaction because when I spoke with said line cook to clarify what I meant by softly cooked scrambled eggs. She was very displeased and disagreeable.

Visiting from California and we’ve always wanted to go to a Waffle House! Glad we picked this one for our first time. Aaron was great and very hospitable! The food was delicious. I got the waffle, grits and egg combo. Salute to the kitchen for a great food too. My family also enjoyed their meals. We ate here for breakfast at 10am on a Monday and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. Thank you again Aaron and team. See you tomorrow probably.

I was hustled around like cattle at the feed lot, the waitress yelled at me for not standing perfectly where I was supposed to. I never spoke a word. This place has become absolute trash.

I was just denied service at this location for trying to get breakfast for 1. I been here before with no issues. I arrived at 11am. Many spots opened in the parking area and a booth available, before I could seat, they told me I couldn’t seat in the booth, that those were only open for 2 or more people, that I could seat at the bar. I do not like seating at the bar besides strangers, I like to enjoy my breakfast and leave. I told them I am uncomfortable seating with people I don’t know. They didn’t care, they said oh well that was my only option on weekends. I could have eaten in 20 mins or less and be out before they actually got busy. Guess my Money isn’t valuable and I am worth less because I went to get breakfast by myself. I did not make a fuss but just left the facility. Disappointed how everything was handled and how the staff treated me.
