They move extremely slow they had six people in the lobby and did not even look at us once to take our orders this place is extremely unprofessional and I will never come there again I walked out because they never noticed people waiting to get our orders taken

Could give it a zero stars if I could we came in approximately 3:30 am to pick an order we placed upon arriving the black lady with a dirty black hoodie and a black bonnet and a lightskin with curly orange hair said we didn't have the order which they already accepted on door dash which notified us about the food being already made and it was never made we waited for 10-15 minutes for both orders that we ordered were in the same bag (two biggie bags btw) we didn't receive some of the things we have ordered we even heard them complaining about us and every other customer placing the order at the time the entire time weve been waiting there and we turned around to receive the stuff we were missing and the lady with a bonnet gave us a bad attitude and we asked for our sauces for the nuggets and they tried to charge us for even tho it already comes with it and we tried to explain that to them and the lightskin dude closed the window on us... We honestly would not recommend this location and I will never be coming back to this store in this location ever

Great staff! Drive thru times can take a bit but that's due to the sheer numbers of people not the location. Had to wait on mercury to get in but was worth it.
Rude staff here and no patient with their customers. They judging the customers as they look and by their clothes and talking about them. Didn't even have enough drinks in the soda machine and no ice for the drinks. That's that is crazy and inconvenient for customers honestly. The Food salty and cold 🤮 Gross 🤢. Employees don't wash their hands here before touching the food.

I stopped the location on west mercury hampton va today..the service was rude. The girl Kera was at the window texting on her phone the whole time.the food was throwned out the window..it was odd to hand them my phone to touch pay..something felt off with the girl texting and then handling my phone. The girl did not even hand me the drink. I will never visit this location again and I will be reaching out to corporate as well...I hope she did not handle the fries with her bare hands after handling her phone...gross.. please please take your money elsewhere im sure u will be much happier...
