pretty decent location. ordered 2 of the pretzel Baconators, ended up with the regular ones instead. cashier was too busy conversing and rushed through the order as if our presence was an interruption. even though tge order was wrong, the food was still very good and the lobby was clean.

I'm not usually one to complain but my experience was awful this morning. I pulled up and noone answered for a whole so I said hello. And o was rudely greeted back with "give me a minute" then ordered my breakfast which I got exactly what they said they had left available. They told me to pull up and wait. Waited over 10 minutes and noone came. Went inside to check and noone remembered my order, she grabbed some random food from the shelf and they were out of potatoes so I politely accepted the fries I was offered. Get to my car and the sausage egg and cheese english muffin I ordered was a croissant woth literally just sauce and bacon on it. Was a ridiculous and all together rude experience.

Poor service.. cmon! I’m being polite to you.. isn’t it normal to be polite back? More importantly, a simple order of 1 baconator 1 fry, and I got charged for something different? LOL avoid this place. Unfriendly and service was ?️.

Order of fries was incorrect. Understandable. Called to notify them about it and was asked if I could bring them back. I let girl know I wasn’t able to get back there at the moment. She put me on hold 20 minutes; never came back to the phone. I contacted again but line was busy. Wendy’s customer service in this area is deplorable!

This use to be one of the best Wendy’s in Hampton. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered a honey butter biscuit and being charged for a honey butter chicken biscuit. The employees seem to have a hard time understanding the difference. When I arrive to the window I explained i ordered a honey butter biscuit and that it should ring up as 1.49. She kept telling me no it’s 3.99.I told her you’re ringing up a honey chicken biscuit instead of a honey butter biscuit. She then threw the bag of food and asked someone for assistance.This was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. Especially when the mistake is on the employees lack of hearing and knowledge of menu. The food quality was cold and not fresh. This place needs a secret shopper from cooperate to come through once a week. Start eliminating those with poor attitude and poor work ethics. Thank you!

Place is absolutely disgusting. Workers are lazy they refuse to take orders at the counter and force you to go to the kiosk. I heard one of the workers talking poorly of a lady who barely spoke English who was trying to order. The floors were sticky everywhere you walked. Food wrappers were left out in plain sight. Workers in the back had hair down and swinging all in the food. One of the workers hair was so long it was past her knees and was not put up out of the way. This place is dirty and should have the department of health brought in and shut it down.
