I went up there with my bf to the drive thru and immediately bro was rude. Charged us for a 10 pc and didn’t put it in the bag, told them no tomato he even asked to repeat what was said and still put tomato, the food was also cold plus my bun on the chicken sandwich was hard asab. I proceeded to call them 14 times with no answer.

I had a mobile drive-thru pickup, and everyone acted like I had ordered from another galaxy. I was asked for the last digits of my card number, my name, order number, and still no one could find it. My patience was fried after spending 10 minutes waiting at the pickup window, which is an eternity, especially with a line of cars behind me. My order was for a single patty mushroom burger combo. I was finally handed a bag with two double burgers and two orders of fries, no drink. I told them that was incorrect, and the confusion got worse. After having contact with four different employees who stared at me like I was speaking gibberish and passed the buck to another employee, I considered just driving off. But I wanted my drink and correct order. They gave me another bag with two mushroom double patties, more fries, and the wrong drink. Not sure what the problem was, but wow. I mean, it's cool I got extra food, I guess. But not worth it. The universe gave me the message that I should have just gone home and made a salad. Noted, universe. Noted.
