don’t even bother going after dark…this is the closest wendy’s to me and i have repeatedly been told off because “the system is down” seems like their understaffed and using it as an excuse to not take orders near closing.

Waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes, to get up to the window lady proceeds to make me wait another 10 minutes. I went inside to talk with a manager and she said they had no line and I literally had to walk her out to show the 8 cars behind me. Another lady said she didn’t hear anything on the headset. Then the managers all like “a little patience” and I’m like there’s 10 of you working and waiting 30 minutes to even order is beyond ridiculous for fast food. She told me they were running out of stuff. It’s like what is it? Every other person was giving a different reason as to why they were so slow. I get it but if they said that or put up a sign I would’ve just left. Got in the drive thru line at 10:15 didn’t get food until 10:55

Wendy's continues to disappoint...I ordered the 2 Jr Bacon w/cheese and came away with 2 cold malnuirshed looking sandwiches that I would not even give to a homeless person looking for a handout on a street corner...when you put a picture to your product it really should be presented to you that way instead of wrapping crap and putting it into the to-go order bag and taking the customers money and expect a good review of said product. I will continue to again avoid this chain that serves crap and take my business to other chains that care about service and quality of product offered to customers.

When in the drive thru constantly cutting me off while ordering! Told me I needed to pay for sauces, so I did….they still didn’t give me the right sauces so when I went inside they were rude and still only gave me one. The manager was no help either as she was in there with a nasty attitude slamming stuff around. I’m sure yall are busier than usual since the weather is nasty but it’s not a reason to give horrible customer service nor not give customers what they’ve paid for.
WORST WENDY’S EXPERIENCE EVER
Got home and opened up my burger…..supposed to be a number 1 WITH cheese and NO onion….its a patty and 2 onion slices!
I am DISGUSTED and will NEVER give this establishment my money again!!
Don’t go here unless you want HORRIBLE service and MESSED UP food orders!!

The worst Wendy's ever! I came through drive thru 9,/2/2025 10:40am and the African American female manager was extremely rude! She is always rude every time she is there and actually went back and forth with me over ketchup! I took my money back because I refuse to spend money where the service is awful!Go to any other Wendy's..stay away from this one!

I asked for a bacon double stack through stove through. There was No bacon on my sandwich. I went through the drive through again and the manager was kind to get me another sandwich with bacon. I pulled forward, checked my sandwich, No bacon again. I took the burger back. The cashier at the window told her co worker I took the bacon off. That made me upset. This girl thought it was funny. I believe she was high or something. Because she tried to start an argument. I kindly asked for my money back. The manager was very professional.

Thank you for your great customer service! My food was hot and the wait was not long at all. Bathroom was clean and neat. And we need more service like this in other franchises. I love to see smiling faces and great communication. The thank you soooooo much you guys are amazing
