So, I haven't had Wendy's in years. Didn't even know this Wendy's was so close to my house so I was excited to have it after a long time. It took 35 mins to get our food and there wasn't anyone in here besides maybe 3 other people at the time.. all looked annoyed so I'm assuming they were waiting for to long themselves. My burger was missing so when I approached the counter no one came up they were arguing with eachother, I think the manager had told a girl ( a lot of piercings) there wasn't a need for an attitude.. she def had a bad attitude and everyone just seemed a bit .. non cohesive and responsive- no one could figure out about my burger, couldn't get the rest of people's orders together either. As more people came one, one person left and everyone was kinda just looking at eachother like unsure if they should walk out too lol. finally got my burger but it had a weird smell, my fries were cold .. no one seemed to want to be there and I was so grossed out by the soggy cold fries I was scared to eat my burger and threw it out as if they can't get it together and work together as a team .. I wasn't confident the burgers was fresh either. Won't come here again.

I ordered the Dave's triple $15.00! The burger meat looked like it had been sitting there all day! It was cold, no lettuce or tomato and the fries were cold like it was the bottom of the fries that had been sitting there for hours.
I don't have the money to go out so this was a treat for me. I was very disappointed. Plus the restaurant was filthy!

We experienced slow service and cold food. Despite ordering online, we still had to wait 20 additional minutes for our order to be prepared. To my surprise, the food was cold when we finally received it—so if it was pre-made, why the long delay in simply bagging it?
If you're like my family and visiting the Air & Space Science Center, you might think stopping at this Wendy's is a convenient and budget-friendly option—but I would not recommend it!

I never leave reviews but this experience warrants one. Went on a Monday night (several hours before close) and it took 30 minutes parked out front to get my order. Wasn’t given an apology and fries were cold. Figured it was just a one off thing so I left it at that.
Went back a few days later and exact same situation. Mind you, they didn’t close for another couple of hours. Night staff needs to get their stuff together, this is insane. I understand that often times they can be understaffed and underpaid but both times I went there, there was maybe 3 or 4 orders so really not that much. It wouldn’t be so bad if they apologized or communicated what was going on but that never happened whatsoever.

Bought 3 biggie bags 2 with zero condiments 1 with condiments told us to pull around front and so we did waited 10 minutes for 3 burgers they all had condiments with mayonnaise and tomato then one burger that was supposed to have condiments was missing half of them went inside to get the order right they were all on their phones on FaceTime and proceeded to laugh about getting our orders wrong got our food back and had hair long enough to be on a horse was in my fries absolute garbage fire immediately.

These workers do not put any care in presentation of meal. When I do go here, the bag looks like the swung it around and played catch with my burger. Not to mention, there was a dead fly on the inside of the wrapper. The fries are all on the bottom of the bag. Customer service is so lousy.
