This is UNACCEPTABLE. Received my sandwich from this facility and it was hard, burnt, and inedible. And I got it through DoorDash so I couldn’t even get my full money back for it. This is awful. I ordered the classic crispy chicken sandwich.

Their new mushroom and bacon cheese burger is just okay. I thought it'd be amazing because I love mushrooms and Munster cheese. It was very underwhelming. I've found that the store on settlers landing in Hampton has some employees that just don't care.

As employees in places like this come and go, I'm not holding this against them and will continue to eat there.

Don't understand why i have to wait at order kiosk for 10 mins to get a drink at drive thru, same guy both times., noone in line either or at window. .Never had to wait for change of shift before, is it a control issue, an unprepared issue, why? It's like the restaurant shuts down for this guy... Then finally says the drive thru is down. I was on my break, he never said that it was down. And saw me and 5 other cars waiting.

This is a review of the Krabby Pattie Meal at Wendy’s. This was my second visit to this restaurant. I am so proud of the management. They are treating young people in customer service. The branding for the meal could only be found on the menu. The meal was really good unlike some other reviews this location hit the mark. We were given the option of single double or triple patties. It was packed with flavor and the frosty once stirred it was pineapple bottom all the way. Not as pricy as the Addams Family meal at Burger King ($30), it came in at $12 for additional Pattie. I truly advise for all Wendy’s burgers to move up from single to double.

I arrived and came to pick up two different orders, I stood there for 45 minutes waiting and nothing, the fire alarm started going off and the system suddenly stopped and they didn't want to make any more orders. All the workers left and only the girl at the checkout was the one trying to help people. There were many people who came to get their order and left due to waiting more than 30 minutes

There will be be no one in line at the drive thru and they will still ask you to pull around front for your food and want stare at you like you’re an idiot when you ask why? Then being the only one in line they will still mess your order up with 6-7 employees standing around near the drive thru doing nothing. I’ve gone 3 times 2 times just pulling up at drive thru and one time ordering thru the app and have not once gotten my order correct. Basically won’t ever go there again after waisting my time over and over

The 2 times that I ordered from here I got sick a few minutes after eating. The baked potato was hard and didn’t taste right. The workers were nice tho but I’m not sure what they’re doing to the food, I can’t eat at this one again. It did take a long time like maybe 20-40 minutes for my mobile order.

Long wait in the drive thru and once I got to the window the worker asked me what I had ordered again. Looked like total chaos in the kitchen and employees were yelling and running around. Worst part, they didn’t have any frosties!

Did not get what I ordered, the manager apologized and tried to make it right!! The manager was great. When I came in there was no labels on the bag and the guy pointed at an order that once I got to work you could tell had been sitting out too long. Also, the drink machine area was a wreck

Ran out of eggs, which is fine, it happens. But instead of asking us if we'd like to order lunch instead, the woman at the drive through just talked over us repeatedly telling us they were out of eggs and ignored my mother in law telling her 3 times not to put cheese on the breakfast burrito she ordered. Did not read our order back to us to make sure she got it right, seemed combative right off the bat. At the drive through window they said they ran out of eggs an hour ago and chose not to make anymore which kind of implied that they did have more eggs they just didn't want to make them, and that's fair if its near the end of breakfast hours and they don't want to waste them but they could have just moved on to lunch and they didn't. Eventually got the food and opened up the burrito after we already left to find they put cheese on it despite her clearly telling them 3 times no cheese. Spent 24 dollars on breakfast for us and the only part she was able to eat was the fries. The breakfast baconators were cold, the fries were good but there was no sauce. Needs better management and need to listen to customers better. Full staff and they weren't busy so they should have been able to get this right.
