If I could give this Wendy’s no stars I would, all of my food (3 separate meals) are wrong, they failed to tell you they that don’t have any bacon, my plain burgers still have ketchup on them, and the quality is just horrible. Not to mention they close earlier than what’s marketed online. This is in a prime location but they fail to properly train their workers, you can tell when you get your sloppy bag of food.. The GM Siima should really find out what the disconnect is with her staff. Poor service!!

The guy that took my order wanted to argue about whether or not I ordered 3 quest fries for myself. I definitely did not. Then he had an attitude the rest of the interaction.

Unsanitary, received food poisoning within hours. They were probably rushing to close within the last 30mins, ether the burger wasn't fully cooked or they just used there hands in a rush. Very disappointed since they were the only place on campus open to eat dinner, never going there again.

I’ve been getting a biggie bag with queso fries for the past week at this location. Today for some weird reason they didn’t want to sell me one. It’s all good because I went to another Wendy's, enjoying my biggie bag with queso fries and chocolate frosty all now ?Edit: day two since this happened and i decided to go to yet another Wendy’s where, guess what, they sold me they same thing. No questions asked. I remember you told me, settler’s landing Wendy’s, no Wendy'sDid this. Lies

Horrible service. I placed a mobile order and the service was Horrible. No hellos, just hand you the food and that's it. Also he gave me 3 drinks and I have to ask for a cup holder? I have to ask for the sauce I placed in my order. I'll stuck to McDonald's on Pembroke!

This Wendy’s service sucks, they can’t even make the food right. Workers there are high or something can’t even make a plain cheeseburger had to send it back twice and this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location. Do better Wendy’s.

I was with a large group that was originally going to a pizza place. The pizza place was closed so our group walked into this Wendy's. The staff was GREAT, they got our order completely correct. It would have been understandable if something got mixed up but it didn't. Food was hot, fresh and great quality. THANK

I ordered chili, baked potato, and nuggets. I drove all the way there for them to tell me they didn't have anything but nuggets. Horrible!!!

Took over 25 minutes to get a burger and fries. My burger was sitting on the counter for over 15 minutes while I waited to get my food and the fries were cold also. The soda machine was out of coke syrup and I had to wait 5 minutes to get my receipt. The girl at the counter was new but the manager and the other waitstaff did not seem to be helping her and I felt sorry for her. I still paid 1259 for a meal that I could barely eat I didn't eat any of my fries. It's not a bad place to get a breakfast sandwich but I'd stay away otherwise. This is not the first time I had bad service at lunch or dinner time.
