First time ordering here. Ordered off grubhub. Food is horrible. I ordered chicken wrap it was soggy, a lot of liquid in it, and greasy very greasy looks nothing like the picture on grubhub .. it’s very nasty. They’re out of drinks. The grubhub driver messaged me and said they were out of drinks. I also have the side carrots and celery they were dirty and haven’t been clean. I will never order from here again.

I've ordered from here several times previously, including pick up and delivery without any issues, but after today I will never order from here again. However, this evening was entirely different. I placed my order and selected delivery. The confirmation for my order was emailed to me stating that it would be delivered to me shortly. Fast forward two hours later, no food, no updates about my order, and of course no answer when I called the store. I was on hold listening to the prerecorded message for almost fifteen minutes. So I drive to the store to find that my order has been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. Once I ask about the lack of updates with the order I am told that they don't deliver but use GrubHub and that there were no drivers. Why offer delivery as an option then? Then when I ask for a refund I am told that they can't find the order in the system... the SAME order that has been sitting on the counter. Then I am informed that the owner has to go into the system to cancel the order so that my money can be refunded. This was incredibly too much!

After receiving my delivery, I tried calling this location multiple times all before 9pm. (it's a weekday) I ordered from this location through the Uber Eats app, the order was placed at 7:14p.m. 4/6/22. I ordered 20 piece chicken wings, 10 Tame and 10 Honey Q. I received only 8 of each. (16)All 16 were submerged into the sauce, making the wings skin slimmy and very sloppy. $24.90I as well ordered Reg. Fries $2.80 and Funnel Fries $5.50. The Reg. Fries were not fully cooked/gritty and the Funnel Fries were dark and hard. SMHVery disappointed almost $35.For what?Not me and Never again

I enjoy their wings a couple times a month. I prefer "fried hard" and they are usually cooked great! I've learned to place order in advance on weekends or high order times(dinner time). They are known to get busy and have had over hr wait for my order before. Take your time and make sure they understand your order clearly and be prepared for a wait during busy times and you will likely really enjoy your food!

Absolute worst service I’ve ever received. Placed an order on the app for delivery at 7:45pm and immediately received an e mail the the order was received and being prepared. By 8:55 I had no further updates so I called the restaurant and was informed that my door dasher had not picked up my order. I called back in 10 more minutes to check and see if it had been picked up and was told no. I asked the employee how was I to know when it was going Yoo be picked up because I didn’t place the order on door dash but on the wing zone app. That is when he told me they don’t deliver and I said well I ordered on the app and chose delivery and everything went though fine. He told me he would have to get a manager. I waited on hold for 10 minutes then finally hang up and called back to which he told me he would get the manager. He then came back and said the manager was too busy and would try and get back to me later but I stated that I could not wait until later because I had been waiting for 2 hours for food already that I obviously was not going to receive but had paid for. The employee they laughed through the phone. I assume the employee thought he had put me on hold but did not and heard him say to someone “ he said he wants you to stop what you’re doing and answer the phone” . He then told me the manager would try and get back to me later. I told him I just wanted a refund and he said he refunded me but I will have to wait and see if that is true. I would not recommend anyone do business at this restaurant.

Ordered Honey Q crunch wings but got plain. Called the store multiple times and got no answer. The wedges and toast were good. I also ordered brisk fruit punch, but got dole lemon. I will be calling tomorrow since I didn't get an answer tonight.

We have order several times from here and will keep coming back. The wings are fantastic and the wedge fries are perfect. Everyone has always been very friendly.

This place is beyond horrible! The workers weren't even there when the place was clearly closed. They should've opened it specifically for me because I'm a superior white woman. The website said they closed at 11:00p but when we showed up at 10:25p the doors were locked and there was nobody inside! This is absolutely the most unprofessional place ever. On top of that, there was a sign that said masks required. I have a health condition so I can't wear masks. These people are so rude and I will never be coming here again. 0/5 stars would not recommend. I am taking them to court for this because I am absolutely starving!!!!!!!!

The service is always great, and the wings are great. The woman working the counter was so friendly, helpful, and patient. We eat there when ever we want wings. Would recommend this Wing Zone and we will continue to eat here.

The crunchy wings are really good as are their wedges. It's a bit pricy but I do think you get what you pay for. Staff is friendly and they play good music while you waiting. Only feedback if any is that they often misquote on how long the food will take. So they'll tell me it'll be ready in like 10 minutes but it's closer to 15ish, that's not worth taking away a star tho. I'll be back!

i am a former employee. i do not reconmend working here or supporting thi s place while the current owner Rodney is the Owner. By my experience he treats his employees poorly and un, any kind of way and under pays them and he doesnt care about his customers in my opinion
