I literally just walked in to order some food. And glad I went in to order because I immediately changed my mind after I saw how disgusting it was inside. The food prep area was completely filthy. Food and trash on the floor and the fryer bins were completely dirty and they just opened for the day. Do not eat at this wing stop if value sanitary establishments.

The new GM in there was great , great attitude as well as his staff ! I usually go to the Newportnews location but I will be returning back here keep up great work ! They all do fixed my tenders for me & I appreciated that so much especially being pregnant & was craving Wingstop ! Shout out to them 10/10 everything was fresh

I've been here twice several months apart. Both times the sodas were flat, the people working there seriously lack customer service skills & acted like me being there was an inconvenience for them. Both times I ordered wing combos & both times they shorted me wings. I definitely recommend going to a different location or somewhere else

This is bad, order in advance by the time I got there they didn't even attempt to make my order. Waited for almost two hours to get nothing and the mg had closed the store at 11:20pm I thought it was midnight I was there at 10:15 and about 20 or so people in the lobby some were doordash or grubhub but left with nothing so had to go back there in the morning around close to 11am to pick up the order I had placed yesterday that is unacceptable

Don’t order from this location unless u wanna wait an EXCESSIVE amount of time for your food just for them to get it wrong maybe three times. I’ve gotten food from them many times and like clockwork. Wait an hour to get my order and then get to my car to realize its wrong.

Hair in my food and employees who couldn’t care less. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I understand it was National Chicken Day, but that’s no excuse for the rudeness and unprofessionalism at this Hampton location. After waiting for my food, I found hair in it and waited nearly 10 minutes at the counter before anyone even acknowledged me. The “short guy” (possibly the manager) brushed it off, claiming he didn’t see any hair and dismissively added, “they were free anyway,” as if that excused it. The fries they replaced were still undercooked, and my chicken sandwich and wings were overcooked. Employees were yelling at customers even while “apologizing” cursing, and complaining loudly about being busy. This team clearly needs serious customer service training. Absolutely disgusting experience from start to finish I will not return

We really need another wingstop in this area first of all, they're way too over run with orders. Everytime I get food here something is wrong with my order. Either missing items, not enough sauce, or just wrong food. It also takes so long to get food. And theyre skimping on sauce. I used to get a good bit but now you get one cup for an order. They also are almost always out of soda even thought they have the remix machine. I went once and they had NO drinks whats so ever.

Never again will I order from tthis place! Ordered on line and took over an hour to get my wings. Watched 20 people walk out with their food ahead of me. Ordered a 40 piece. Just because its a big order does not mean it should be pushed to the back. This review does not even deserve one star!

We have ordered here two separate times, once in person and once online. Both times were completely wrong. The first time, all of the wings were plain when they were supposed to be flavored and they only gave us 11 out of the 15 we ordered. The second time, we ordered off the app. half of the wings were the wrong flavor, they mixed all of the different flavors together, and didn’t even season it properly. I would rate this zero stars if I could.

I was there to pick up and order and saw the lil skinny lady pick up the fries off the canter put them bac in the lil tray and put sauce on it was around 345pm Sunday wing stop what are we doing that's nasty it was already nasty on the canter I was just standing there she didn't even look to see who was looking at her.
