This location is disgusting and unorganized. I went in to pick up an online order and there were so many customers waiting for their food. I waited 10 minutes to inquire about the order and finally received assistance from a manager returning from her break. The order had been ready the entire time. Customers wanting to place an order were told they had to order online and this was dinner time not late at night. While waiting, I was someone in the kitchen pull a double stacked tray of ranch from the cooler to replenish the line, and they leave this to be refrigerated product sitting on a ledge until the tray runs empty.

They’re definitely putting tap water in the blue cheese dressing 😫😫 The chicken was gummy and salty. The dressing was so thin and watery with a single chunk of blue cheese 👎🏻. The young man who took my order was polite but that’s the best thing I could say about this Hampton location…. The soda machines barely work too.

Absolute shit, never go to this location. Waited 30 minutes only to find out they never printed the ticket for our food, went to complain and was told they don’t do refunds even though the food had not even been started. Staff was rude and nasty as if I somehow inconvenienced them.
So we was standing there for like 5 minutes when they finally told us that they were only taking online orders, we made an online order. When we went back to the restaurant like 10 minutes after that we saw them taking an order in the store. The store was soo cold i was shaking ,the area by the soda machine was disgusting. I waited 45 minutes to get my food. First thing I noticed was that my fries were very crunchy and very dark, I could tell the oil was very very dirty .For my order I asked mango habanero & they gave me buffalo . I’m a big wing stop lover so I’m disappointed but I’m more disappointed at the service than the food , first and last time I buy from this wingstop

Ordered at 7:45 for pick up. Order was ready for pick up at 8:30. Garlic Parmesan wings- Parmesan sprinkled on top. $20 not well spent never again absolutely disgusting food and they take no accountability. They don’t answer phone. How is this place even still in business. Worse ever
