Possibly the worst Wingstop in the universe. Order pick up and/or delivery and you'll definitely be missing something from your order. Customer service is very unprofessional.

I’ve been waiting 45 minutes for my food, I approached after 30 and didnt really get a response they looked around, couldn’t find so I guess they just started it then. No sorry, no appreciate you, we will check, etc. finally sat down 15 minutes later they call my name. Also charged $2 for tiny amount of ranch.

Waited for over an hour only to get home to wrong order, cold wings (that I didn’t order) and when I tried to call to have them cook my correct order so I could get back in my car to go pick them up..,..I was hung up on! The worst ever. I won’t be going back!

First time ever eating wingstop. Ordered via the app, food was ready when I got there which was nice but the drink machine was out of order. Food tasted good but found a hair on one of my tenders. The lobby itself was absolutely disgusting; employes probably don't even know what a broom or mop are. Floor and tables were littered with old food and stains. Stay away from here.

I Made My Order On UberEats & Just Received It A Few Minutes Ago . 10 Classic & 10 Boneless , Half The Wings Are Barely Covered In Sauce . Why Do Y’all Keep Slapping The Sauce On ??? If I Wanted Dry Wings I Would’ve Ordered That . If Y’all Don’t Wanna Do Your Job Go Work Somewhere Else ! Also , Why Does This Location Never Have Drink ? The Person Who Picked Up My Food Texted “ They Don’t Have Drink They Said To Get A Refund “ & UberEats Doesn’t Even Want To Refund Me . I’m So Sick Of This Location !

I ordered online, but when I went to pick up my order, the soda machine wasn't working, and the manager refused to refund my money. She told me I had to call corporate to claim my money back. She acted very differently and didn't care about the customer. I will take the time to get my money back, and it's not about the money itself, it's about the way she treated me. There was no respect.

We keep giving wing stop a chance and remembering too late why we go someplace else.
The wings are just ok. The staff always seem more interested in hanging out than being helpful.

Ordered food from here on door dash and it was as if they dipped my wings in the septic tank, put them in a dirty sock, and then added just a single squeeze of my sauce on them. Got everything mad cold. Fries wasn’t even all the way done and my drink had too much ice. Save yourself the trouble, do not eat here

I can honestly say this is the worst restaurant in the 757. I ordered on their app, and was contacted by my driver that the power was out and they had no way of making my food. I was never contacted by the management team at all, and had to take it into my own hands. I contacted the restaurant and the manager literally told me the order disappeared and that they can’t make it or refund it since I placed it online “through DoorDash” . When I contacted DoorDash they told me they can’t refund an order that wasn’t placed on the DoorDash app, which I told the Wingstop lady on the phone and she literally didn’t care at all. I spent 52 dollars and now am left with no food and no refund. Honestly shame on this business, yall need to close.

This place sucks. Foods alright but the service is trash and it’s always a dilemma ordering online. Just save yourself the headache and go to a different wing stop. Spent $50 on the wingstop app, they can’t make or complete the order, and the employees are basically telling me that it’s not their problem since they route their orders through a 3rd party like DoorDash, at least let people know that it’s all done through third party so we can just use that third party instead of the trash wingstop app.

Seriously, this location should be closed. You can order at various times BUT via online order only it seems don’t even trouble yourself walking in (I learnt the hard way) seeing they very rarely have a cashier no matter how many team members are behind the counter. That’s an inconvenience for someone who has cash I would think

Issue two, how are they always out of beverages?? Either management needs to properly manage and have a store that’s stocked ooooor closure.

This is a popular food chain, I would say has limited access to certain areas so it’s gonna be in high demand so the store should be equipped for that

This location needs to shut down and start over. 😒 my order is NEVER right when you try to correct it the employees get an attitude for being asked to fix THEIR mistakes. Ice is never available and drinks are questionable 🤔 I've written this location off along with McDonalds on Mercury & Jefferson. The weakest links in Hampton. Smh.
