The food was good and fresh. I had the Big Zax snack meal. My fries and chicken tenders were both really fresh and hot. The service was terrible though. I was the only person inside the store at the time and the young man taking my order did not seem very happy to be doing so. He was pretty rude and snippy and very inconvenienced when I went back up to ask for a fork.

This location has a lot of kids that work there. Every time I come through this drive-through its always something with those damn kids. Specifically the boy with the glasses. He is always rude as hell and if it’s not him its the girls. The last time I came up here, I actually got into a verbal altercation with all of them because of how rude they were being but I decided to give it another try after a few weeks but of course there was a problem. I came up there to get some food and I ordered a peach tea but they gave me a large sweet tea and I looked at him and I said hey, this is sweet tea and I ordered peach tea he gave me a nasty look and just took the drink. And then he gave it back and as I’m drinking it I noticed that it’s still the same sweet tea but they probably put a little bit of pumps of syrup in the tea. At this point I just won’t be coming back to this location and the only reason why I come to this location is because it’s convenient being that it’s close to my house but I guess I’ll have to take that drive to Newport News.

I was very disappointed in this visit. I order from here all the time this is the first time I had bad service. I place my order online and when I got there to pick it up I was handed a bag with only one meal in it and a attitude. Then I was told "we're out of salad". No offer to get me something esle in it's place or a refund.I had to asked the young lady can I get a tender meal in place of my Salad since I had paid it. She then turn to and yells "we got another one, she wants something for the salad" Rude. I fell it should have been offered to me since my order was prepaid on the app for 2 meals -- did she think I was going to settle for the 1 one and go home??? What kind of customer service is that? You won't keep customers if you don't treat them with respect.

Food was great after waiting 45 minutes to get then getting the wrong order and have to wait another 15 minutes to get the correct order and the woman behind the counter was extremely rude and said here take this and It wasn’t even my
Young rude kids who aren't working but are playing on their phones. Pull up to drive-thur and nothing. I waited a minute and said 'Helloooo'. Little girl no older than 17 responded 'go ahead'. No zaxby sauce available so I asked what are your options? She said ' what you want bbq?' Then closed the window made a comment to co- worker and started laughing before even handing me my food. It took everything in me not to respond. My 11 yo daughter was with me and I have to be an example. But I will never EVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. customer service is key and honestly I work too hard to deal with rude and obnoxious kids!
