We had our wedding at the tavern and it was exceptional! The food was delicious, service was so kind and considerate and the coach house was gorgeous inside! The Lawn we used for our ceremony and it could not have turned out more beautiful. We will definitely be coming back for lunch or dinner soon! Thanks again to Krissy for being so wonderful to me and being so accommodating and helpful. She was a blast to be around! 10/10 recommend for your event needs or just to eat there too!!

We Recently celebrated the 50th reunion of a local high School in the Coach House of the Hanover Tavern and it could not have turned out any better! It is a clean, modern and beautiful atmosphere to host a large group. We worked in advance with the event staff to plan our menu, seating, decorations, etc., and they could not have been more helpful to us. We chose salad, steak tips, shrimp, garlic, mashed potatoes, brazed Brussel sprouts, Special pasta, rolls, and a pie bar. It was served at the proper temperature and seasoned perfectly. Everyone was pleased!! The support staff of set-up, bar, and servers were all very professional, friendly, helpful and were there when we needed them. Thank you Krissy, Toni, and all!! The Hanover Tavern is the perfect venue for your next large event!!

I am so happy that we were able to get married at Hanover Tavern, a venue with a lot of historical character that still offered a spacious, indoor location for the reception (and ceremony in case of bad weather). Being a restaurant, the cocktail hour and buffet options were delicious. And as another bonus, the getting-ready room for the bridal party was newly renovated with a make-up bench, big mirror and comfortable seating.
However, the main perk of Hanover Tavern is the great staff. Everyone we worked with there was welcoming and effective. We could count on our main venue contact and day-of coordinator Krissy to make quick updates and answer our questions at all points in the process. She went above and beyond, for example by offering to create a seating chart week-of and by bringing us our own plate of hors d'oeuvres post-ceremony. Everyone also worked well with our DJ and photographer to make sure we hit everything on the timeline. They were instrumental in our perfect evening.

A delightful buffet for a group of retirees from local government enjoyed a delicious meal and atmosphere at Hanover Tavern. Food was wonderful (fried chicken, BarBQue, slaw, some of the best green beans ever). Great place for a group gathering!

Went here for the shipwreck saloon skit in the theater. It was sold out 4 drinks in 1.5 hours. Had a blast ! We made reservations to eat before we came in to watch the theater. . Our dinner order was po boy and a tavern burger. Both were absolutely delicious, the fries were hand cut and perfect! Had an attitude adjustment for a drink. Which adjusted my attitude perfectly. Lol We will definitely be back.
