We have been going to Cancun for years and have always had a good experience. This past weekend we went to the bridge location with family and friends. I tried to make a reservation that afternoon but was told I couldn't. However, when we arrived I was told that I could have "called ahead" (when we were on the way), which I wasn't told by the employee at the time, and all spots outside by the water were reserved. The manager was rude and said,"Well, you didn't talk to me." Then our waiter acted like he didn't want to be there or wait on us. Not sure what was going on that night. The food was very good fortunately, and that saved the evening.
beer came and I didn’t get any service until long after I finished it . 32 oz too! It was 30 minutes and I left . Came back, to try food, got dip and chips this time but 25 min for bad steak ala Carte

Delicious Mexican food with wonderful staff and service. They made special chicken fajitas for my allergy that were fabulous. I love going here.

The food and service was terrible. Everything was way over cooked and tasted like old grease. The beer was served warm.
