I've never seen a pizza place run as bad as this location and I've done reviews all over the world! This can only be attributed to the lack of business sense by an incompetent general manager. I'd fire the GM immediately! Do better Papa John's, you should be ashamed!

I would have made an order over $100 but because of one manager Zach, I will not longer be ordering from this location. This location has gone down in food, performance and customer service since the last manager Cody was in charge.

I normally don’t write reviews but seriously…Ordered pizza at 4p for a 6:30p delivery and it’s now 7p and was just told it would be another 15 minutes. This has happened several times of placing an order hours in advance and it’s still 30-45 minutes late. But I will say it will be my last time ordering pizza from this Papa Johns. Unfortunate because the food is always good. But the service is lacking..

I've been a regular here for years now and there's rarely anything wrong with my order. But my last order i got someone else's pizza entirely! when i called they said they would comp my pizza np! Today i ordered and not only was my comp pizza not on my account but the guy was rude, and made back handed comments basically treating me like i was lying and trying to steal a pizza. Horrid customer service, you've just lost a regular customer of 2yrs.

The guys and gals at our Papa John's are hustlers! They don't mess around getting your dinner made quick, especially for pick up. Love the guys on the front line! Polite, efficient and friendly.

Why is our order an hour plus late from the requested delivery time?

Ordered pizza on the phone. Went to pick up. Not ready. The guy said he was making it right now. Said it would be 15 minutes. Went back in store after 20 minutes. Nobody knew anything. Found my order and the same dude said he was just now making it. Said it was going to be another 20 minutes. Really?

So I called tonight to confirm that they deliver to my address I got the manager Jeff he was very short and rude.. after confirming they deliver to my address I said thank you and have a great night.. he hung up on me.. so I called back to ask to speak to the manager and the same guy Jeff answered the phone and told me he was the manager, he told me he was too busy to be cordial and hung up on me again... I will get this resolved with corporate... If anybody wants a great pizza with great service go across the street to New York Pizza they are incredible family-owned local business with an excellent product.. Jeff the manager at Papa John's Pizza is an overwhelmed clown that could not manage a .25 cent gum ball machine..plus it's an inferior product.. if you're so under the gun you can't be polite you should flip burgers at McDonald's.. I honestly can see why there are so many bad reviews when the management is flat-out rude how could you trust to get a decent pizza here..

Honest review. Employees and delivery drivers seem really nice and courteous. Always a clean store when visited and deliveries always on time and or a little early. Food almost always good except 2 times yesterday when I ordered a pepperoni pizza for lunch and after 1 slice couldn't eat anymore as to it was tough to chew almost rubbery and a little to greasy so after 1 slice I ate no more of it and didnt want to complain cause hey it happens sometimes and had to get back to work, and an honest mistake where I ordered a philly papadia and put online no onions or peppers and when recieved at work it had onions and peppers. I called the store and guy I talked to was cool about it offered me either a replacement which didn't have time for as to i was on lunch at work or 20 percent of next order which I never used and forgot about, but all other times A quality and service. Mistakes happen and atleast they try to fix it. Quality food and service would recommend this location
