Dec. 2023, we had our worse restaurant experience ever. My past review still shows here. After my review, we got a call from Applebee's asking us to give them another chance. I said no way because that visit had been us giving them a second chance. Eventually they offered us a large enough gift card that I took it. We just got around to using it and everything was good.
