Scheduled my pick-up for 6:05 PM (traveling between Blacksburg and DC on a Sunday evening). Due to accident traffic arrived at 6:20 PM, but still had to wait another 10 minutes for my fries. No apology or explanation. HOWEVER, everything was delicious. We will be back! Maybe I just need to temper my own expectations.
Great burgers and fries, but not the best in the business in my opinion. Great atmosphere and simplified menu make the fast food style ordering a breeze. A bit on the expensive side but worth a visit.

They make good tasting burgers. The fries are my favorite, and the milk shakes are thick.
