Dec. 2023, we had our worse restaurant experience ever. My past review still shows here. After my review, we got a call from Applebee's asking us to give them another chance. I said no way because that visit had been us giving them a second chance. Eventually they offered us a large enough gift card that I took it. We just got around to using it and everything was good. Did the 2 for $25 and it was very good. Food prepared per our liking. The service was prompt and professional. Atmosphere is Applebees.
We had a great experience with our server, Jasmine. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and had such a positive attitude throughout our visit.
The only issue we had was that it took quite a while for my kids' drink refills. At first, I reminded Jasmine because I thought she had forgotten, but she politely explained that she was waiting on the bartender because the drinks were behind the bar and, since she wasn't old enough, she couldn't get them herself.
