“This place is incredible. The atmosphere is slightly speak-easy-esque. The staff is knowledgeable, engaging, and truly seems to care about the customers’ experience. We came here after getting married earlier today and passing through Harrisonburg on our way to our destination. We needed dinner and it was THE RIGHT PICK. Michael, our server, and Steph, a manager or a GM equivalent, were seriously the BOMB. Soo accommodating and kind, and cared about our evening. The spicy Marg … insanely satisfying. CRAZY kick of flavor without the straight burn of something that’s spicy just to BE the spiciest. The tincture that makes it spicy is made in house. Amazing! And the spicy burger … also incredible. “I had never been inside Ruby's until tonight and the atmosphere was fantastic! I wasn't having the best day and I was surrounded by great energy and great bar staff given the chaos of the Tuesday night. Got a few play in's on some arcade cabinets and quick beer. And now I'm sold on my new hang out spot. If you are a gamer wanting to have some arcade time and great staff interactions, come here!“

“This restaurant is a hidden gem in the Appalachian region of Virginia, the atmosphere was warm and the staff was welcoming aswell. Our waitress was Carla and she a one of one she made sure our experience was next to none ! I got the fried Catfish and my wife got the Pot roast dinner , the smashed potatoes were outstanding and the cornbread is to die for ! Carla is truly a pivotal asset yo this organization!!!
