I've been on road so long I almost forgot what a kitchen looked like, until I saw this place. People critique, judge, and rate bbq for a number of reasons but I just want to eat what the locals eat and get a sense of home. Everybody greeted me and told me what was good and I ordered. Nicely seasoned(as it should be) and the portions were above what you pay for. Go for the food but stay for the people. Good job and thank the cook.

Overall very good. Food was fresh and hot. Barbeque pork was tender and sauce was amazingly good, portions ample. Coleslaw vinegar- based rather than mayonnaise. Restaurant clean and inviting, service quick and friendly.
