If you're looking for a sushi restaurant, this isn't really that. It's an Asian fusion restaurant that happens to serve a little sushi. The fish itself wasn't bad, but the preparation and presentation were subpar. The chef didn't seem to know what toro was when I asked if they had any, thankfully the bartender knew what I was asking about, though it seems they don't offer much in the way of slightly less popular fish choices (uni, toro, ikura, salmon...
This place is generally great. Service, food, and drinks are always amazing.
Only downside is that a private conversation was overheard by a manager, taken very much out of context and shared with people completely uninvolved.

They call it Beyond because it's Beyond Awesome. Sitting on the Patio is an amazing vibe and you may just see some fish and ducks while you're out there. They have delicious sushi and easily the best wontons I've ever had. Their miso soup is warm and comforting. Can't recommend enough!
