No one spoke English. My food was cold. My husband’s order was wrong.

This restaurant is one of my favorites in town. The food is always super delicious and the waiters are just amazing people. I’ve been here dozens of times and I was never once disappointed in them )

Highly recommend. My kids are hard to please, and they always choose Casa Gallardo. Best Mexican food in the area, and their service is much faster than their competition.

Great food, very clean, the waitress was attentive despite it being her second day.
We went on a quiet day and was surprised at how empty the place was.
The selection is huge, we weren't disappointed whatsoever.
Kudos to the staff over there, you have a great place and we'll definitely return!

Excellent food! We love the variety at the salsa bar, but the blanco was our favorite.

I was disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. The meat lacked flavor and was quite chewy, which made it unappealing. Additionally, the food was served cold. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, the waitress seemed overwhelmed and inattentive. Lastly, I found the menu descriptions to be vague, leaving much to be desired in terms of clarity. Overall, it did not meet my expectations.

Server was very nice. First and last time coming. Possibly an off day for the cook. Everything was very bland. No seasoning. The taco salad barely had any beef in it. Was not happy.

My wife and I went there over the weekend for a late lunch. The food was pretty good, nothing super amazing but certainly value for money. The highlight is certainly the salsa bar!

TLDR
Cocktail menu is for show, only order margaritas or beer. Staff doesn’t really know how to make other things that are on their cocktail menu.

The 2 star review is really because of their bar. My wife ordered a strawberry margarita. No real complaints out of her, it was your typical pretty sweet, pretty large margarita that you’d probably find at most places catering to college students.

I saw they had martinis on the menu and even had Tanqueray No. 10, so I ordered a martini with Tanq 10. The waiter brought back a rocks glass full of ice, with a lime.. I figured no big deal, it’s probably just going to be watered down because of all the ice, but not the end of the world.. I took a sip and it was club soda? I told the waiter it wasn’t a martini and asked if he could return it back to the bar. He came back a little later and said the bar was confused about what I was asking for and that they gave me what they thought was a martini. He said they thought a martini was a shot of gin in club soda (which would actually be like a gin highball). They ended up accepting the returned drink and issuing me a refund, so no big deal there. And while a full bar shouldn’t mess up something as simple as a martini, this isn’t an isolated incident. A year or two ago my wife and I went to fajita factor #1, and I again ordered a cocktail off their menu. The bartender ended up coming to my table and saying she didn’t know how to make the drink and said I could either give her the instructions or pick a margarita. The failure lies with the owners. They pick abunch of random cocktails to put on their menu so it looks like a full bar, but don’t actually train the staff up. Nothing more than a good restaurant with cheap margs. Go in with the right expectations and you’ll have a great time!

Really love how they have a salsa and hot sauce bar. I've only gotten the lunch chicken fajitas so far, and presentation is beautiful.

I enjoy the dip they serve with their tortilla chips. One can make it spicy by getting hot sauces from the salsa bar.

Parking: Mall has plenty of parking. Very limited on shaded parking spots though. Pavement is well maintained.
