Paid 20 bucks for 2 really small burritos online the burritos showed were BIG. got halfway through and find a hair in my food it wasn’t good at all the only thing that was good was the avacado in the burrito.

The young lady at the register was much to be desired. It was as if she didn’t want to be there or for me to be there either. I had received a gift certificate and decided to get a coffee and cinnamon bun. This is my first and last visit! Was told that I either had to get 25 dollars worth of product or I would forfeit the rest of gift card. I order more things. Other businesses I have been to would subtract the amount from the total gift certificate and I could return another day. The young lady at register attitude ruined it for me. The food looks great, but will never darken your door again. Will not go somewhere that I feel greatly uncomfortable and unwelcome!

Extremely uncomfortable visit, I was so excited to try this place after picking my daughter up from JMU and the young girl at the register was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes countless times and made us uncomfortable when asking for anything. We showed up at 1:30 on a Friday and noticed the “closing at 2” sign on the door, which is fine, we ordered and took the food on the road. This experience made me not want to come back.

The food here is great. Prices are normal for the area and the coffee is great. Sometimes they make mistakes and quickly fix them. Literally no complaints about the quality of their food and drinks. However, the young girl who works at the register (Aleah) is awful to customers. Impatient and curt constantly. She acts like she hates taking orders and is rude when you take more than ten seconds to order. Considering this happens even on slow days it seems like a personality issue. Everyone else we have talked to here has been incredibly patient and friendly, they're perfect.
We love coming here, but time and time again her attitude has ruined what would have otherwise been a perfect morning. We were inclined to write a review just because of her.

I don’t usually write reviews, but they are all so kind and the food is amazing. It’s a good place to stop by when you’re leaving or just arriving and want a cozy quick eat. Plus, my dad dies for the cinnamon rolls everytime 🕺🙏 not only that, but they stayed open for us when they were about to close and made amazing food for us despite it. ❤️

Super cute atmosphere and decor, it’s a genuine shame that they fall short otherwise. No cups for dine-in, quality of coffee was poor, but the workers were kind!

I have to eat gluten and dairy free which is a challenge when eating out, and when you do find gluten free offerings they are usually far from good. I had the GF wrap at Cinnamon Bear and it was so tasty! I had the banana PB breakfast wrap and what an awesome combination. We were just passing through the area , but, if I lived anywhere nearby I would go back regularly. All the others in our group loved their sandwiches, bagels,and muffins. The place is busy but the service was quick.

This place is so good! The iced latte with brown sugar cinnamon was great. Definitely sweet so I don’t recommend that flavor if you don’t want a sweet coffee. The breakfast wrap, bagels, and cinnamon roll were all great. Service was fast!

Wheelchair accessibility: You’d be able to navigate in the building with an average wheelchair, there is a ramp and handicap space very close to the front door. The counter where you order is not ADA but is low enough the typical wheelchair user would be able to reach.

This bagel just saved me, was starving and in dire need of sustenance and I am revived. I would give six stars if I could.

California sunrise was very yummy on bacon cheese bagel. Monkey roll was alright not the best. Quick grab and go spot.
