First time tryin this location and probably last time. Ordered 2 med mocha cookie crumble lattes and got 2 mocha lattes.
Busy Christmas shopping so couldn't take back...Almost $10 for wrong drinks!!!
Waynesboro location so much better, they never get it wrong.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has clean bathrooms and a clean restaurant. The staff is very nice, helpful, and funny, with one barista described as whip smart, hilarious, and helpful. Service is fantastic and quick, with drinks pushed out quickly. The drinks are so good, including a mango dagonfruit refresher, an Americino with cold foam, a toasted coconut latte, and a small black blonde. One customer was satisfied with a coffee made by a barista who thought outside the box after an original holiday drink was out of order. While one lady at the window was rude and got an order wrong, the staff inside were very understanding and saved the day. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere is clean. It is considered a gem of a Starbucks with a wonderful barista.
