Usually come here quite often at different times during the day. The service is typically good, cookies are great. However I showed up 30 minutes before their posted closing time and they were already closed. Disappointed because it’s a Saturday and my mom wanted a specific cookie, and now I can’t get it and it won’t be here because they’re closed on Sundays and that’s when their flavors reset.
The cookies are always perfect, but the first time I went here they didn't have my order - which I don't blame the staff for at all because they can't control a computer glitch. Today, however, I ordered the 4 items in the weekly rotation, and for one of the cookies they gave me the celebration cookie that they always have instead of the one I was supposed to get. I didn't notice until I got home.
Had my 3 year old with me and ordered curbside due to him being asleep. I did arrive a few minutes early and quickly received an order complete update on my app. Waited in my car about 15 minutes but no delivery. Went into the store and there were no other customers- asked about my pickup order and the no one knew about it. They started to make it again when one worker opened a box setting out and there it was. Someone was asked and they just laughed and said yeah that’s it....
