first of all I went through the drive-through and I asked a simple question and they told me to go to Starbucks in rudely rudely way. and then I want to put eight dollars on my card in the rest on cash but they refused to listen to me and they did 10 in cash and the rest of my card. they almost threw my food at me and I will not be coming back

Little snip that took my order for a medium coffee, half and half no sugar, on a 35 degree day, told me I ordered a cold/iced coffee since I didn't say I wanted hot coffee. Then, she replaced it with a medium hot coffee that was practically "white" as their was more cream than coffee and said she couldn't change it. When I wanted a full refund, she also said she could not do that and instead gave me a Dunkin' gift card.

Coffee is part of my daily routine so having a dunkin' donuts super close to my classes is EXTREMELY convenient. the staff here work super hard to make sure the orders go out in a timely manner, never once have they forgotten a drink or forgot an order from my observations. The cashier is super friendly and always asks how you are with a smile! there is always a long line but it goes pretty fast. thanks for all your hard work!

The line can get pretty long especially in the mornings when students are in need of coffee or sweets. They actually got my order mixed up but they fixed it right away. However, some people were getting their orders way before me...and I was the first one in line this morning? I'm pretty patient so it's fine but when you're on the go, I think it's best to just pass on the caffeine and sugars.
