The person taking our order didn’t listen every time we gave our order. We get to the window and the guy gave us the wrong drink. We ordered a Trenta and only received it filled 3/4 full when we finally received it. Where is the rest of my drink? I PAY for a Trenta and RECEIVED less than a Venti. Then gave us a tiny iced mocha that was supposed to be a Venti. They made us wait forever, DIDNT APOLOGIZE for the inconvenience AND overcharged!!
