I’ve been a routine customer to this location for a long time. I have seen a general decline in their customer service and products over the past few years. More inconsistent with drinks, which makes going somewhere else a few miles more to get a coffee more appealing. Most often when I ask them to remake a drink they will correct it, but getting their attention inside is difficult. 7:30PM to close you can guarantee the automatic ‘sorry we are closed’ comes on the drive...

I came through the drive thru around 9:00-9:15 drive thru was extremely busy and wrapped around when I finally got up to the box I was instantly greeted with a good morning what can I get for you? I ordered a large ice dunk a latte with caramel and cold foam and few donuts and some hash brown the lady that was taking my order was very polite and pleasant she read my order back to me just to make sure it was correct. She gave me my total and said go ahead and pull up when you can....

I did the drive thru. It was 5:06 am. I needed coffee bad. I had a hot medium size coffee with 3 shots of caramel & 3 sugars & 2 creamers. It was made perfectly. I was so happy! ☕
