I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because i order about once a week or once every 2 weeks and usually its fine and super fast. However every time i order for my boss, her sandwich is totally wrong. About 1 out of 4 times, there is something wrong with my order. i order sweet tea, i get unsweet. I order bbq chips, i get some other chips. I'll ask for napkins and get none. Food is good and service is nice, hours have never been correct in the website and that is very frustrating when ordering online. Lovely management and staff whoever is in charge of online presence needs to get it together.
