Wendy's, a popular fast-food restaurant, continues to offer a mix of experiences for its customers. While some praise the quality of the food, particularly the Pretzel Baconator, others express concerns with the service and wait times.
The restaurant has received feedback about the handling of dine-in mobile orders, which are sometimes packaged as a DoorDash order, leading to confusion and frustration. Additionally, customers have noted that the cashier can be unprofessional and struggle to de-escalate situations effectively.
Despite these challenges, the reviews indicate that the food is generally good once customers receive their orders, with the fries being the only exception, as they are sometimes undercooked. The restaurant is also noted to be wheelchair accessible.
Customers have also raised concerns about Wendy's policy of not accepting $50 or $100 bills, which they believe is inconvenient for many customers who carry cash. The reviews suggest that this policy should be more prominently displayed to avoid further inconvenience.
The restaurant's atmosphere and reliability in providing consistent meals have been topics of discussion, with some customers noting a decline in quality over the years. However, the frosty remains a crowd-pleaser, and the restaurant is considered kid-friendly with great parking available.
