Great meal and steaks in Harrisonburg! Drink pours a bit light - martini glasses had a lot of room in them - unlike normal steak houses that typically have premium generous martinis.
No complaints; however, service was unusually slow (others seated later got their orders quite a while before we did) and there was a little mixup with drinks. Overall, a great evening with star-quality food.
Visiting from Philadelphia to the Massanutten Resort for my boyfriend's birthday. I looked for a restaurant to celebrate his birthday and came across Local Chop and Grill. It was a pleasant experience. I just wish desert was offered as a surprise for my boyfriend, I don't understand why you ask if we want desert when something should automatically come out if you are aware that we are celebrating. Nonetheless the food was pretty good and the service was great.
