If you're looking for authentic Latin food that hits all the right notes, Nuevo Amanecer Food Truck is a must-try! The moment I stepped up to the truck, I was greeted by the inviting aroma of deliciously seasoned food, and it only got better from there. The menu is packed with incredible options, offering everything from flavorful tacos to hearty platters. I decided to go with the tacos (pollo y asada), and I was blown away by how juicy and perfectly seasoned the meat was....
The pupusas are fantastic here! They were fluffy and fresh, the salsas were delicious, and it was incredibly affordable. I was most impressed by how kind and caring the lady was. She served me and was very attentive unlike I've ever experienced at a food truck. Definitely check them out!
