Staff was amazing! I called about a recent mess up and asked them to put the food that they owe me inside of a delivery bag because I ordered food again and they were very understanding and looked inside the book with my name written down and handled everything very appropriately
I just left and tried the new BBQ Brisket, and unfortunately it was very disappointing. It managed to be both dry and greasy at the same time. Thankfully, I also ordered the Chicken & Mushroom, which was much better and saved the meal. I wouldn’t recommend the BBQ Brisket—it’s a waste of money and not worth trying.
Food was not hot. I had beef and broccoli, orange chicken, Kung pao chicken. I like my cooked food hot, they keep food in warming pans and it was not very hot to begin with. By the time I was finishing it it was room temp.
