I went to place a order with a bread bowl. There was one left on the shelf in the front of the store and they said it was already being used yet it was still sitting there. I'm not sure why they wouldn't make it but the service was poor to say the least.

Absolutely the SLOWEST Panera I’ve ever been to.NOT only were out of A LOT of basic ingredients, most of their bread varieties to start, but they took over 28 minutes to put together a half of a sandwich and a half salad that was literally just lettuce and chicken as they were out of croutons.There were several employees standing around while one person was assembling the food.
