The place needs to be cleaned up a bit. Rugged walls. Cleaner tables. Food is good and enjoyable. But the inside doesn't look attractive. Would be a really good restaurant if the owners stepped up a bit.

This should be zero stars. I ordered baba ganoush that I had eaten before at dozens of places including Pasha. It is sweet, doesn’t taste like baba ganoush at all, absolutely horrible. Pita old and nasty as well. I was there once before and loved it, but after this never, ever again. People! Just go to Xenia!

We visited from out of town and wanted to eat something we don't typically find in our area, we decided Mediterranean. Our meal started with the hummus platter, chicken Tikka plate with rice, the lamb plate with rice, chickpea soup, and pistachio baklava. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! The grilled chicken I had, is one of the best grilled chickens I have EVER eaten. We almost licked the hummus plate, and if you are iffy on trying the chickpea soup, don't be JUST TRY IT! The food was soo delicious, it is a shame the restaurant wasn't packed. ow the ambience and decor could be better, but the food was so delicious it didn't matter much. The service was excellent with a very knowledgeable attendant. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are near by. I only have a picture of the Chicken Tikka Plate

My absolute favorite restaurant in Harrisonburg! Everything is cooked to perfection, the hookah is the best I have had, and out of this world customer service from the entire staff. You will not be disappointed!Kid-friendliness: Great experience for the kids!
Me and my wife walked in to place an order for take out. We waited 50 minutes for 2 dishes. Falafel and Shawarma. Two dishes that most turkish restaurants would have on hand ready to go. We watched many other customers get served before us despite the fact we'd been there longer than them. And when the food finally arrived, it was very underwhelming and not worth the wait. My shawarma wrap had no veggies inside as advertised and there was honestly no flavor. Which was surprising because the restaurant smelled amazing at all times. And my wife's Falafel was burnt and also missing all the advertised veggies. And on top of that, my side of fries were soggy, limp, undercooked, and underseasoned.The staff at least were extremely friendly and even apologetic for our wait. And The atmosphere inside was cool. Felt genuine.I wanna assume that the restaurant was having an off night. Because like I said, the restaurant smells incredible inside and every dish I watched go out to other customers looked INCREDIBLE. Plus, I have to imagine they generally do good work considering they have a high rating already on Google. So I would consider giving them another chance. But as for now, my first impression is not a very positive one.
