It was so nice to sit in a clean, quiet place and eat delicious sandwiches. What a great alternative to "fast food"!

For the record, I love Potbelly’s, but this location left something to be desired. Staff seemed completely disinterested, messed up both my and my partners orders, honestly seemed like they just weren’t paying attention. Drive-through seems like a good idea but end up just making everything twice as long. Definitely my worst ever experience in a potbelly

Everytime I arrive at this location there seems to always be an inconvenience. Upon waiting in the drive through line for a pick up order I notice the drive through line was long. Alternatively, I decided to pick it up inside the store instead to save time. It is not until after I park my vehicle and get out that I notice the lobby is closed because of catering services. After getting back in more cars show up making the experience overall very inefficient. A chalkboard with this information in large lettering near the drive through entrance would create a more effective and efficient experience for all individuals.

Placed an online order for four sandwiches, one was a Mediterranean with no chicken. After arriving home and biting into the Mediterranean, it in fact had chicken in it. Called the restaurant and they offered to replace it. My son went to pick up the replacement and no one was in the restaurant. After waiting several minutes, I called to see if anyone was there and the lady was very rude and said he should go to drive thru and that workers were there. I explained how he was literally in the store and no one was there. Only leaving a review because this is the third time we have had a bad experience.

One peice of turkey not even a full peice. And i asked for xtra turkey. 1/2 peice of ham. And of course plenty of bread. Worst sandwich ever. I will post a picture.

Traveling from TN to PA and stopped in for a bite. Sandwich was great, strawberry shake was even better! If we make it through these parts again, we'll definitely be stopping by!

Traveled from Elkton to eat there and we get there at 8:45 and the place is closed ?
Love your sandwiches but this is not good businesses decision.

Stopped by for some sandwiches as we were passing through town. The avo turkey was kinda tasteless.

Food is great. It costs a bit, but it's worth it. The broccoli soup was perfect. The Oreo milkshake was great too. Even though it wasn't on the menu, they still gave me a sub in a bowl so it was nice that they were accommodating.
