I ordered a Black Venti Iced Coffee and it took them 20 minutes to make my order, people who ordered food and drink before and after me were served within 10 minutes. As somone whos worked in Food & Beverage service before I know there is 0 excuse for this kind of behavior.

Tonight December 4th I went into this Starbucks there was an elderly lady working along with 2 young gentlemen... it was awkwardly quiet assuming because they were about too close... So I broke the silence and (Politely) stated you all look bored LOL ... the gentlemen said we're about too close and the (lady) spoke up and too the guys and said that's f****** funny ... I rudely told her you might be a manager or something but you don't have too f****** cuss me ... it pissed me off terribly I've never been treated so rudely in my life in a Starbucks I personally think something should be done about this situation ...
