“I’ve only visited this location once before, but when I came back, the manager toni actually recognized me- which completely caught me off guard in the best way. It made me feel valued in a way you don’t usually get from most places.
What really stood out was what happened next. I thanked him for remembering me, and he happened to be standing next to his district manager, Luke. Instead of brushing it off, he introduced me like a true professional, and his district manager took the time to acknowledge my experience and even compliment it.
That level of attention, respect, and pride in service is rare. You can tell there’s a strong culture of customer care here.
Definitely a location that goes above and beyond.

“LIA and barista Maya were so incredibly gracious. I have been driving for seven hours from the South didn’t even know what state I was in. They assured me I was in Virginia. On my way to Boston. They sat with me. We talked about college. they were amazing made me feel so welcome. How lucky am ILIA and barista Maya were so incredibly gracious. “20230914 Busy, so busy that there's not enough parking and drive thru traffic blocking the cars from easily getting in and out of parking spaces. I walked in and the baristas were busy. Waited a little before ine shows up in the back to take my order. Definitely not to expect to quickly run in and out of the Starbucks. Drink was good. I'm not sure if they added the 6 pumps of sugar cane that I requested“

Parking: its free but limeted spot and every time I go the are no spot to park which make me happy because that mean this store will stay open :O)
