Went to Traditions today for first time and will definitely never go back! Paid $33.00 dollars for awful food! The pork chops were so dry you couldn’t even cut it with a knife, salad dressing was waters down and runny, half the food was salty and then the rest no flavor! All in all just a very disappointing experience! If you like a good buffet I recommend Wood Grille!
Doesn't close until 8pm on Friday at around 7:30 I went to the buffet to get some oven baked country ham.Out and want be putting no more out for tonight as long as open is on the door all foods should be on the buffet. The oysters were so salty and the shrimp was rubbery and no seasoning for 61.00 I will go to Woodgrill next time. Traditions use to be an Awesome place to eat..what happened?

Menu
Traditions Family Restaurant in Harrisonburg provides good food and friendly service. They serve fabulous seafood dinners, and the staff is always kind and welcoming. The buffet costs $25 per person and offers a variety of desserts, but the meat and side choices are limited. Many customers appreciate the fresh and hot food, especially for lunch and special events like engagement parties, where the fried chicken was consistently good. However, some recent visits have been disappointing; seafood buffet items, such as shrimp and hushpuppies, were overcooked and lacked seasoning, making them hard and dry. The parking lot is small, and the building is in a strip mall, which can be a bit crowded. Overall, Traditions is a decent place to enjoy a meal, especially for families, but certain dishes may not meet everyone's expectations.
