In my opinion, Papa Johns is the best take-out pizza chain. I have always found these pizzas to be made better than most other Papa Johns locations. I placed an online order for a specific pickup time, but arrived early. The staff here saw this and made my pizzas fresh such that I did not have to keep waiting. As I had my baby son with me, they even offered to carry my order to my car.

We have been ordering pizza from Papa Johns for over 10 years. For 3 years here in Gloucester. Tonight is the last night we will be ordering for delivery. The manager Josh lost his ever living mind. Screaming profanities, that I was always calling, that he had talked to me repeatedly. Up to this moment I never heard of Josh much less spoke to him. We have NEVER had issues of any kind until Josh the manager at the Gloucester store. Why Josh turned verbally abusive, accusing me of things that never happened is beyond me. Josh has banned us from ordering there again. Karma will catch up to the evil Josh spews.

This store is clearly mismanaged by Jason. Everything was going great, we order at least twice a month and tip the drivers with cash. Today Jason the manager made our life a living hell. The driver was calling me repeatedly because he was lost. This completely confused me, up to this point there had not been an issue finding our house. The driver kept asking me where he was, I said I had no idea. This threw Jason store manager into a rage, screaming, yelling, swearing and an all-out temper tantrum. Jason referred that I was constantly complaining and called the store all the time. I had never spoken with Jason until this time when his driver had been lost for 30 minutes while contacting me over 15 times asking where he was.

We have been ordering through Papa Johns for over 10 years beginning in Yorktown, VA. Today the manager absolutely lost it, screaming, profanities then ended up hanging up on me. The driver was lost, calling me repeatedly asking me where he was at. We have ordered from here for over 3 years had the occasional issue like the pizza was burnt or the pizza was cold but today takes the cake. Jason was enraged told me to shop somewhere else, that I cannot order there anymore. He did other small businesses in town a favor. Verbally abusive was completely uncalled for.

Pizza has definitely gone up. I need to find coupons if I continue to buy pizza for the whole family. The stuffed crust is really good better than pizza hut but more expensive. Will eat them again but will have to save up.
I ordered a gluten-free pizza , and customized it to be similar to a Philly cheesesteak and I loved my pizza , got it delivered. Not a bad way to use a coupon. The wings was good as usual.
