We went through the drive through and 2 cars cut in front of us. My husband addressed this because we got pur food and still had to wait. He told them and they said they new and started laughing at him. Will never go to this location again. Gainesville location is better!

This is the best fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to the service was 6 stars we had a great talk with the worker there and the food was ready immediately even my salad that I’ve already tried in another chick fil a was better it had more toppings and some optional toppings. There were real flowers on the tables like in a fine dining room. Everything was perfect

Are we supposed to eat chick fil a a with no sauce now? You guys literally have a sauce named after the damn company yet u can't provide it?? Ordered two large meals and only got one large fry back and 2 medium drinks. Also this big was of lettuce? Nothing against lettuce but the sandwhich literally looks like it was tossed together in the air. This really disappointed me

This company supports several entities that I find disgusting. I haven't spent a penny there in twenty years. I have gone inside with others and they have always been clean and their employees have always impressed me. But I can't speak on their food because I avoid giving them a cent.
This is the worst Chick Fil A. Their service is terrible, especially during peak hours. They consistently get orders wrong or forget essential items that should be included in the order. We will go out of our way to avoid this location. Horrible customer service!

This chick-fil-a is by far the best location i have ever been to. Their staff is absolutely amazing, kind, and so professional. I would drive out of my way every time to go to this location in Haymarket.

I did drive-thru after an appointment and the time was short like usual and the items were prepared correctly to my order. Service was ultra polite, as always.
