This is good location at Haymarket VA and a way to come closer from route 15 and 66 I have been going there with excellent customer service but now it feel they are not paying attention to the customers and kind of attitude there you guys use to the best in this location unfortunately a continuous like or dislike matter will not be helpful to maintain your level

I ordered food and the chicken amount was very low and inconsistent one day I get a lot of chicken then the next barley any. I also got a slice of avocado in my bowl even though I never asked for that . I put on guacamole and I got that.

I love this food. Nice treat a couple times a month for me. Food is always fresh, hot and delicious. I tried the peach shake. Crazy good!!

We ordered on the app for dine in for breakfast today. Our drinks came quickly, but our food took longer than usual to come out and we had multiple people to include the manager Eric come over to apologize for the delay. And then he came over to comp our meal and apologized for the delay. He also gave us an extra chicken mini since breakfast had just ended. Eric went above and beyond for his customers and I have never had a bad experience at that chick fil a. It was very sweet and kind to do that, but he did not have to. Very highly recommended.
