I ordered pizza but they did not delivery me, they cut my money .when I call them they tel me that ohh we r knocking ur door .haaa main thing is my beauty saloon is open and it’s inside haymarket walllmart no door there .they r very cheater .i call them again then they tel me they give me refund ,I wait but they don’t refund my money .cheater .

I order pizza for delivery today and I was charged 4.50 for delivery fee from domino, I don’t understand why I have to tip a driver if they are already charging me fee. On my receipt I got a smart ass comment for not tipping. They need to change this ridiculous fee.

Domino's Pizza exceeded my expectations with their outstanding customer service! They accidentally delivered the wrong pizza, but within 15 minutes, they promptly sent the correct one and even gave me a significant discount as an apology. Mistakes happen, but it's how you handle them that counts— this branch showed they're top-notch in both quality and service! Highly recommend!

We've been ordering from this venue for over 8 years now and the only complaint We've had is a cold pizza which they gladly replaced. The facility is clean, and mostly, all the employees are great for customer service. Only had one girl Theresa's week who was not pleasant to me nor her comrade when he couldn't find my pizza. Didn't like that at all, but everybody has a bad day. Never had any disgusting thing I've read here or seen in almost 9 years, so it sounds like some of these customers have it in fir somebody there. Doesn't make sense as to why gnats would be in your box of pizza when there're no gnats in the store ??? Almost 9 years, no hair, of any kind or gnats, ants or bugs ever... So far!? Keep up the great work, Dominos!

I would prefer to give zero stars. Ordered a pizza to be delivered. Not only was the pizza cold and stale like it had been sitting for an extended period of time.. but there were gnats all inside the pizza box and crawling over the pizza. I’m nauseous it’s so nasty. I will NEVER order here again.

Parking: Plenty of spots, just pay attention and be an adult.

Kid-friendliness: Chill. It's full of karens. It's not the hood.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it's accessible there's a run up to access the sidewalk. No stairs.

Called tonight and placed an order for cheesy bread and some chicken. The person we spoke to told us that it would be a 20-30 mins for our order. We can’t hear the doorbell well in the house so we called back and asked for the driver to call when when he arrives. The person we spoke to transferred the call to the driver and we told him our request, he said cool. Over an hour goes by so we call back just to be told that they never put our order in. Here we were waiting over an hour for our food, called back and talked to someone, just to be told we were waiting for no reason. Totally ridiculous and was shown no remorse for THEIR mess up. 0 stars.

Poor customer service.The workers all gave me dirty looks and accused me of coming in soley to Harrass them.I felt like they were discriminating me because of the color of my color of skin.Awful service won't be coming back.Don't bother with this place.

My family have been ordering from this location for a good while and our pizzas have always been fantastic. When doing curbside pick up they're ALWAYS very quick and so very nice

Pizza box was wet and all folded up old pizza cold box

Usually decent, but very disappointed with this past order, delivery, and management’s handling of it. My pizza arrived cold…and the box had clearly been tossed around because the pizza had slid entirely to one side of the box and folded on top of itself with sauce smeared across the interior of the box. I reported it online, but the website was not allowing me to submit a photo. I, then, called the store and the manager offered me 50% off my next order instead of remedying their current mistake. Why would I want to place another order and pay an additional delivery fee and tip to a company/store that had already had a chance to provide good service to me and clearly failed. They’re only guaranteeing future business for themselves, which is a terrible model to ensure customer retention. You’ve lost a customer in me.
