Called tonight and placed an order for cheesy bread and some chicken. The person we spoke to told us that it would be a 20-30 mins for our order. We can’t hear the doorbell well in the house so we called back and asked for the driver to call when when he arrives. The person we spoke to transferred the call to the driver and we told him our request, he said cool. Over an hour goes by so we call back just to be told that they never put our order in. Here we were waiting over an hour for our food, called back and talked to someone, just to be told we were waiting for no reason. Totally ridiculous and was shown no remorse for THEIR mess up. 0 stars.

The pizza they gave me was superb and never had a dominos pizza like that before, five star for those guys and this store
Usually decent, but very disappointed with this past order, delivery, and management’s handling of it. My pizza arrived cold…and the box had clearly been tossed around because the pizza had slid entirely to one side of the box and folded on top of itself with sauce smeared across the interior of the box. I reported it online, but the website was not allowing me to submit a photo. I, then, called the store and the manager offered me 50% off my next order instead of remedying their current mistake. Why would I want to place another order and pay an additional delivery fee and tip to a company/store that had already had a chance to provide good service to me and clearly failed. They’re only guaranteeing future business for themselves, which is a terrible model to ensure customer retention. You’ve lost a customer in me.

What a disappointment. Took two hours to get my order last night. No sausage on the pizza. No notification it would take so long. When I called the store, they just said, “oh we’re just really busy tonight”. THEN STOP TAKING ORDERS. I get it if you’re short delivery drivers or in-store employees, but I would rather you tell me I can’t order then wait that long. Had to make dinner for my daughter because it was taking so long. AWFUL.

The staff at this dominos is what really makes it special. A little bit ago we had a birthday party for my son and I called early to double check that they received the order since I was picking up just after opening. When my wife picked up, they added something special for my son since it was his birthday. Made my 6 year old’s day! Thank you for always being friendly and serving up good pizza!
