To go order…they forgot to include my fries. Not enough staff working…ones there were friendly and hard working. Manager/owner is not pulling his/her weight. Unacceptable. Starts at the top! Do better!

Chicken wrap wasn’t very enjoyable because the chicken was extremely dry, overcooked and somewhat burnt on one side but the people were very friendly and polite. Prices are definitely over priced

This two star review is not about the service or the which are pretty good. it's about riduculous and non-customer friendly orders are taken. The customer is required to fill out their order on an order pad. Unless you are regular customer, its very time consuming with cryptic intials that require explanation. To show how illogical this system is, while the customer if filling out their order on an order pad the cashier is standing there waiting for the customer to complete insteal of just taking the order. IF MANAGEMENT IS READING THIS REVIEW, PLEASE STOP THIS ILLOGICAL AND UNCESSARY REQUIREMENT TO COMPLETE THEIR OWN ORDER. THERE IS A REASON WHY NOT OTHER RESTAURANT DOES THIS...CUSTOMERS HATE IT

Had a different style of ordering food. Even tho we mark the food we order, the guy takes the order go thru them again, which they could have done in the first place. Anyways, food was great. Had a draft beer and it was great too. All servers and employees were very friendly and nice to us. It was full when we get in around 1 pm and after an hiur it was a little slow. Philly chicken and the grill checken sandwitches were so good. Crispy chicken sandwitch was good but not the best. Fries were delicious too. Shakes werr great desserts. Loved the food!

They rung up my food wrong. I paid way too much and didn’t get the meals I had ordered. I called to fix the issue and not only were the workers rude when I was there, they were also rude when I called. This place is way too expensive to be having this terrible of service and getting food orders wrong missing items. The past three times I’ve ordered I have been shocked at the behavior of the staff especially the manager working. This is exactly why it took me so long to come back but I did have a coupon. The coupon makes sense to me now. I guess they went around to local businesses (including the dental office where I work) and gave out coupons for BOGO on items, and it worked. I decided to come back, but the behavior of the staff and the lack of care on their part of wasting my money I will not be returning.
Interesting way to order but it works! Great burgers, fries and onion rings. Haven't stopped in this place several times over the past 20 some years and it has always been great.

I had a bacon cheese burger and cup of chili. Burger was excellent. Cooked to perfection and the chil had just enough spice. Great meal!
