We've been here twice so far this week for lunch. Actually, my husband went three times. After hearing reviews from others, we had to check it out. The steak and cheese is the best I've had in this area, and I've tried them all. Tons of flavor, not dry. The hot chicken sandwich was amazing, and my daughter loved her chicken and waffle sandwich. And the made from scratch ranch is awesome! Chef Carmen came out to check on us each visit, and he is passionate about what he does. I'll make sure to take pics next time!

Took a random exit on the way home from a mountain retreat. Randomly picked this place... BEST FOOD OF THE ENTIRE TRIP. Thank the food gods. The guy that worked there saw us outside looking for the place confused and came out to explain it to us. (Thanks if you see this!) The food was Incredible, if it was closer to me on the ES of MD I would eat there waaay too often. Chicken perfectly fried. And the waffle...THE WAFFLE balanced perfect with the nashville hot. Sweet, salty and spicy. Perfection in a sandwich. A must eat.

First time eating their food, I kept seeing awesome posts on the local facebook group about their food being so good and then they have great reviews on Yelp. Based on a few facebook posts, my wife and I decided to order the steak and cheese, hot chicken fries, and the spicy chicken shack sandwich. In particular one person was raving about their steak and cheese mentioning that they were from Philly and knew good steak and cheese sandwiches... but honestly we did not like it. The original cheese tastes fake and has a strange texture, steak was decent but the cheese just ruined it. My wife and I split it, I finished my half but my wife only took two bites and didn't finish the rest. I would not order that again, you can find a much better steak and cheese on the other end of downtown Haymarket. The spicy chicken shack sandwich was actually pretty good although the chicken fillet was pretty thin compared to what is pictured on their website, we were expecting a thicker sandwich. The hot chicken fries were pretty good as well but I agree with another review, the seasoning on the fries is too much with the sauces they put on the the dish, it would have been better with plain fries. Overall, with the exception of the steak and cheese (not good), we thought their food was good but not great. We would order the chicken sandwich and hot fries again but probably won't go out of our way to eat here again.

So everything I write I also told the chef. The chicken sandwich was a good size. It is no thrills like lettuce, tomatoes or onion, but non the less I found it satisfying. I am notnsure if I could have asked for the latter to be put on my sandwich. I did not ask. The fries were cooked to perfection. When I do not need to add salt or use ketchup. To me that is abgreat French fry. The coleslawwas not overly inundated with mayo which I like, but I felt it had too much pepper. I may have misquoted the pepper when I got a taste of celery. Could the pepper have actually been too much celery seed? The menu is online, but you can order and pay in the cookies and cream shop which I was grateful for. I have wanted to try this place for awhile. I am glad I did.. I will be back to try other items and sweets from the cookies and cream shop. The cookies alone looked mouth watering and just a chocolate chip fantasy that needs to be tried

Look no further, heaven's kitchen has opened its doors in Haymarket and called it Ghosted Concepts. The food is special. Always good, always hot when hot is desired and beautifully cooled when cold is desired. Truly a masterpiece of culinary delights. Every byte is luxuriously better than the last. The chef is a cut WAY above the traditional shift line cook grinding the night out until the doors close. His love of good food and a deep appreciation for his patrons is poured into by of your meal. It is impossible to finish your meal and feel less than astonished. Yes. The food is that amazing. When arriving at a food establishment, your first impression will often provide an advance indication of what you can expect of your meal experience once it is in front of you. Ghosted is by far the most genuinely kind and personable restaurant I have encountered in a long time. The chef and owner has came put of the kitchen and personally handed me my order. He and his wonderful staff made sure I felt like they had been waiting all day for me to arrive. The mood was set then and there and it was a mighty great seasoning for the already fantabulous delectables I am about to consume.
We ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and Fish and Chips. Food was ouststanding with customer service to match. We live an hour away and asked to keep the the containers open til pick-up. The staff and owner were very accomidating and went above and beyond to ensure freshness and crisp. Very happy with our experience.Tip: Get all the housemade sauces!! Typically when you order a chicken housesauce it taste pretty similar but they have a unique take on their Shack Sauce that I did not expect. Same goes for their Housemade Ranch.
