walked in at 8:59, he said they are closed. Hours posted was 9:00pm.
Amazing service!
I placed an online order at this location during their normal working hours. When I arrived, the open sign was lighted, but the doors were locked. I waited around for nearly an hour and no one opened the door. I’ve tried calling them as well and no one answered the phone. I was charged when I made the mobile order and haven’t gotten my money back. Don’t waste your time and money here.
I normally love this place, my gf introduced me to Boba and i visit this location often. Recently however the quality has dropped and the time to get orders has increased significantly.
today they warned me that a large order was ahead and it would take roughly 15 minutes... nearly 45 minutes later they finally finished the very large order of easily 24 drinks, and i received my boba milk tea 2 minutes later. It tastes like cleaning solution as if they didnt rinse the tools well enough before using them again.
Utter disappointment.
The crew behind the counter did what they could but it was very obvious they lacked the equipment and personal to deal with such a large order.
Do better. I wont be coming back here anytime soon with so many other places that sell boba.
Sometimes a hit or miss on the strength of the brewed tea, last few times the oolong was not strong. Need to have the tea steep longer during brewing or not water it down too much.
Thank you so much Katelyn I ordered my drinks wrong but she made news one for me I appreciate that a lot thank you so much best service for sure!!

Usually I'm happy with my bubble tea, but this time I ordered my taro milk tea it just tastes like plain milk tea, no taro at all, it's also not purple. I think they forgot to put in the flavor. Wish I had tasted my milk tea while I was there
The best kung fu location I’ve been to! I get mainly roasted chestnut milk tea and they’re very consistent with how they make it, all their drinks we’ve tried in general are delish. I’ve never had a bad experience so far.

When soon after opening, servers were very enthusiastic and friendly. Went a few months later, and the service was still good! Drinks were well made. Delighted to have a good KFT so close by!

First time at this location.
Pros: I ordered to go and it was ready by the time I was there. The person working at front when went out of his way to get it to me.
Cons: I didn’t find it was worth $7 for such a small size. And the boba was rock hard. The milk was very watery. Centreville kung fu has the best quality boba and drinks. Even the Manassas one’s quality was a bit better than this one.
