Had a beautiful High Tea with my granddaughter. We got lost in much needed conversation. Sat by the window and let time get away from us…. Food was incredible and worth the cost! The macrons are perfectly made and flavored as they should be🩷🩵🧡🤎. The scones were magnificent and the croissants were the best I have had in the US.

Made by a highly skilled person that was trained under a French pastry chef. Wide variety available, more on the weekends.
Also a plethora of pastries and some meat pies on hand.
Inviting space and they also provide macaron classes for those who wish to try their hand at baking them on their own.
You want to go, GO NOW.

The owner or chef/baker was so friendly and exciting! The macarons were 6 for $26. We were sold on how great they were due to the bakers excitement. Unfortunately once we tried them they had ZERO flavor what so ever! Every single one had no flavor at all it was so disappointing! Three of us tried them so it wasn’t my taste buds. I feel bad doing this but maybe they will work on the taste if reading this!!! The texture and look was SPOT ON but again no flavor at all.

I make it a point to try the croissants everywhere I go, and they have the best croissants in the 757 area. They use very high quality ingredients and you can taste it. I have become a regular and my family always loves when I show up with a box of goodies from Macaron Tart to share.

Today was my mother in law’s 71st birthday and she loves almonds and Macaroons. I decided to go out of my way to get her the best dessert I could find in Virginia Beach and decided to call this place to order an almond tart with a Macaroon crown. The price was very high (116$) for an 8 inch tart but I didn’t mind because I just wanted to please my mother in law on her birthday. The staff was very nice and attentive so if this review was based only on that I would definitely be giving them 5 stars, however, I must be honest, this tart was terrible. I was expecting to cut into the tart to find a creamy almond filling, more like a delicious almond past but this was not the case, instead we got this dry filling that was more like a heavy cake with no almond flavor whatsoever, also, the macaroons were not good. I always buy macaroons from Wegmans and they are 100% better. It was all just very disappointing and I am almost feel bad to be writing this review but I pairs 116$ for a cake and it feels like I threw my money away. I hope this review is considered and drives this place to improve this recipe and sell much better products. I believe there is a need for a great pastry place in Virginia Beach (I am a fun of supporting local spots over big chains like Wegmans but this was just a very disappointing mess)

I haven’t had macrons in a long time and I know when I do have them I’m gonna spend a pretty penny and savor every bite. Well my taste buds were relling me it’s time for macrons so I went here. It’s a gorgeous place with very nice customer service! I got a six pack for $25. When I got home I was so excited… and the world stopped. The macrons were hard, crunchy, stale and incredibly disappointing. I was sad for the rest of the day. If you go, good luck!

The area was beautiful!!! The restaurant was nice and very clean. my husband and I ordered Macarons and I orders an Apple Tart. The macarons were decently good but fell apart as soon as you took a bite out of them. The apple pie tart was not worth $10 in my opinion the apples didn’t seem fresh the crust was hard just not a good experience for me.
