It was a simple order... two frappe's and an apple pie. We got a cup of muddy water and a holiday pie. How can you demand more money and then not even make the slightest effort to earn it?

This place was very nasty all the tables were dirty and there was no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. There are many places around here that are better to go to. WHATEVER YOU DO DON’T COME HERE

They really don't invest in their labor staff. The people are nice but the lines are long which indicate that there's not enough people in the kitchen. It shouldn't take 5 to 10 minutes for me to get out of the line. Also, when I get my food it should be hot, not lukewarm.

So it’s 6:30am on a Thursday . Usually it takes yall the whole overnight shift to clean the frappe/smoothie machine. I don’t know if yall are careless but I expect a dang smoothie by morning because that’s what breakfast comes with for hall. Ima let it slide

Ordered 2 things and they were both wrong. A bacon McDouble w/o onion and a sweet tea. The McDouble had onions and the tea wasn't sweetened.

If I could give this McDonald’s a no star I would service is terrible anytime I show up in the mornings I do an online order they always tell me cash only they tell me cancel my order but it’s too late because the order is already preparing I don’t know how they’re still in business

I put in a breakfast order on the McDonald’s app at 10:23, well before the cutoff. When I got there, I switched my pickup from drive-thru to inside, only to be told by the manager that I wouldn’t be getting my full order because I didn’t hit “I’m here” on the app. That makes absolutely no sense—why even let me place and pay for the order if you’re not going to make the food? The whole point of mobile ordering is convenience, and instead I’m out $53 with nothing to show for it. The manager flat-out refused to refund me, which is ridiculous and unacceptable. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with McDonald’s.

Ordered breakfast on the McDonald’s app at 1023 before breakfast closes. I arrived at the McDonald’s and switched the drive thru pick up to inside pick up. I was then informed by the manager there that I’m not going to be able to receive my full order due to me not saying that I was at the McDonald’s on the app. Why do I have to say that I’m there for the McDonald’s to start cooking my order? That, in my opinion, defeats the purpose of the mobile order. I’m now out of 53$ and the manager refused to refund me. Worst experience ever.

Ordered breakfast on the app with friends of mine at around 10:20. Got to the location at 10:50. When we arrived the manager told us we can’t have our food even though we were already charged. She made a plethora of excuses like “the app doesn’t let her make it” or “she doesn’t have the ingredients” but we saw the truck drop food there before we entered. She offered no immediate solution and only hypothesized that we’d get refunded because “the app knows we didn’t get it” but that clearly isn’t true because the app wouldn't have taken our money at all if breakfast wasn’t available. We were not
Compensated in any fashion, the manager simply got irritated yelled to her employees to not make our food then dismissed us. The woman was the general manager

Gm was very rude, we ordered at 10:23 and when we arrived at 10:43 were told the food was not ready and they couldn’t finish the order because breakfast was over, we were then told breakfast ends at 11 and they couldn’t make the order because it was after 11, but the time was 10 when we ordered. The gm kept on saying they couldn’t do this or that then when we walked away she gave a snark remark to the other employees
