If I could give this McDonald’s a no star I would service is terrible anytime I show up in the mornings I do an online order they always tell me cash only they tell me cancel my order but it’s too late because the order is already preparing I don’t know how they’re still in business

I put in a breakfast order on the McDonald’s app at 10:23, well before the cutoff. When I got there, I switched my pickup from drive-thru to inside, only to be told by the manager that I wouldn’t be getting my full order because I didn’t hit “I’m here” on the app. That makes absolutely no sense—why even let me place and pay for the order if you’re not going to make the food? The whole point of mobile ordering is convenience, and instead I’m out $53 with nothing to show for it. The manager flat-out refused to refund me, which is ridiculous and unacceptable. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with McDonald’s.

Ordered breakfast on the McDonald’s app at 1023 before breakfast closes. I arrived at the McDonald’s and switched the drive thru pick up to inside pick up. I was then informed by the manager there that I’m not going to be able to receive my full order due to me not saying that I was at the McDonald’s on the app. Why do I have to say that I’m there for the McDonald’s to start cooking my order? That, in my opinion, defeats the purpose of the mobile order. I’m now out of 53$ and the manager refused to refund me. Worst experience ever.

Ordered breakfast on the app with friends of mine at around 10:20. Got to the location at 10:50. When we arrived the manager told us we can’t have our food even though we were already charged. She made a plethora of excuses like “the app doesn’t let her make it” or “she doesn’t have the ingredients” but we saw the truck drop food there before we entered. She offered no immediate solution and only hypothesized that we’d get refunded because “the app knows we didn’t get it” but that clearly isn’t true because the app wouldn't have taken our money at all if breakfast wasn’t available. We were not
Compensated in any fashion, the manager simply got irritated yelled to her employees to not make our food then dismissed us. The woman was the general manager

Gm was very rude, we ordered at 10:23 and when we arrived at 10:43 were told the food was not ready and they couldn’t finish the order because breakfast was over, we were then told breakfast ends at 11 and they couldn’t make the order because it was after 11, but the time was 10 when we ordered. The gm kept on saying they couldn’t do this or that then when we walked away she gave a snark remark to the other employees

Everytime I come here and ask for a cheeseburger and instead they give me a McDouble or some other random item instead. Like thanks, that’s annoying every single time.

McDonald’s staff mess up on the order, charged me twice. Spoke to this manager (photo) who did nothing but argue and took no productive steps to resolve. What a shame.
This manager needs training and proper handling of customer service.

Just bad service we came in my friend ordered a Big Mac meal and had to wait over 30 minutes and asked where it was. We saw that the food was put on a rack and they never called it out the food was cold and his drink wasn’t filled all the way up. He asked to get it filled up more and they just took it, when he asked for it back the manager who like everyone else here could barely speak English, said NO NO YOU ALREADY GOT A CONE, when he asked for his coke back (they gave him the shittiest ice cream cone ever). We got our food eventually and it was extremely cold.

My buddy waited for 30 mins and got his food cold. This place is absolutely the shittiest McDonalds out there. No one speaks English and they don’t understand anything

Went through the drive-through, so the atmosphere was in my car, which was awesome! 😁 got greeted and asked how my day was, which was nice. However, the food was just warm, not even remotely hot. Lemon McDonald's! I don't eat there often, but when I do, I'd like to have hot food!

To be fair the bar for McDonald’s is pretty low, but this was by far the worst one I have ever been to. Thinnest burgers of all time, trash cans overflowing, wateriest lemonade of all time. Seriously I don’t expect much from fast food but this place is just a joke.
