McDonald’s staff mess up on the order, charged me twice. Spoke to this manager (photo) who did nothing but argue and took no productive steps to resolve. What a shame.
This manager needs training and proper handling of customer service.

Just bad service we came in my friend ordered a Big Mac meal and had to wait over 30 minutes and asked where it was. We saw that the food was put on a rack and they never called it out the food was cold and his drink wasn’t filled all the way up. He asked to get it filled up more and they just took it, when he asked for it back the manager who like everyone else here could barely speak English, said NO NO YOU ALREADY GOT A CONE, when he asked for his coke back (they gave him the shittiest ice cream cone ever). We got our food eventually and it was extremely cold.

Went through the drive-through, so the atmosphere was in my car, which was awesome! 😁 got greeted and asked how my day was, which was nice. However, the food was just warm, not even remotely hot. Lemon McDonald's! I don't eat there often, but when I do, I'd like to have hot food!

To be fair the bar for McDonald’s is pretty low, but this was by far the worst one I have ever been to. Thinnest burgers of all time, trash cans overflowing, wateriest lemonade of all time. Seriously I don’t expect much from fast food but this place is just a joke.

Holy crap, what a show. Made colossal mistake letting kids eat inside. Took 20 minutes to get food and they forget 3 shakes and a fry. Then they make my son wait at counter for 10 more minutes. After all that, food is cold. Skip this one.

Terrible service, they are very slow and they are deaf, they don't listen and they don't know how to place orders well and I think they don't know how to read because they didn't give me what I ordered as if they weren't paid for doing their job well and to top it all off the tables are all dirty the dirty floor what disgusting McDonald's

It's very bad service, I was waiting for 1 hour almost alone for 3 small hamburgers and some fries and two sodas and no straw for the drinks and you talk to them and they ignore you, it's not for nothing, it would be nice if they put a bourgeois king, the worst thing is they don't clean

I came to the drive thru on a weekend morning to get breakfast a few days ago. There was one vehicle ahead of me with one person in it. I sat for 15 minutes before leaving the drive thru lane because I had a timeline to make to attend drill with my reserve unit. I filed a complaint thru the website and the franchise owner nor a manager has yet to respond to that complaint approximately a week later. I would recommend skipping this location as they clearly do not care about their customers.

As always I went through the drive thru and my order was a mess have my food was not complete this happens all the time I will never go back I am tired of half my stuff being not right I will go to Gainesville from now on they do ot right so anyone use the drive through. Make sure your order is right be for you pull away 1 out of 10 I give this store a -5
